Wonderful authentic Italian experience in Rome. The food was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the service friendly and attentive. Definitely a restaurant we would recommend!

We came to this restaurant for dinner by chance. And what a surprise! It was delicious, the pizzas were excellent and the calzones a delight, not to mention the tiramisu... We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Family owned and ran restaurant, with extraordinary food. We had the stracciatella soup (made with meat broth) which was absolutely delicious, and moved on to three different pasta dishes that absolutely made our meal. Portions are VERY generous! We left happy.

Excellent atmosphere, the Caneloni di Nonna and Caneloni di Nonno are a 10 out of 10, exceptional.

My fiancée and I were there on Sunday evening and chose to celebrate our three and a half year engagement at Hosteria Cannavota!!! As soon as we entered, they welcomed us wonderfully, making us feel at home! A beautiful Roman inn with high ceilings and many beautiful photos of famous people from the entertainment world. I had the mezze Maniche alla Gricia, which was the best, a delicious Roman first course; my fiancée had the Saltimbocca alla Romana with potatoes, which were sublime! In short, you come here to breathe in Rome and eat Rome in every sense of the word; we left satisfied and fulfilled. So what more can I say? Thank you so much to Hosteria Cannavota for making us spend a wonderful evening. We'll be back!

A truly authentic, traditional Roman restaurant. All the pasta dishes we ordered were excellent. Very good value for money.
