Among the streets of the historic center is Vita Pugliese. Place with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Fresh ingredients and traditional dishes made every bite a true culinary delight. High quality wines. Absolutely worth trying and then returning.

What can I say: excellent dishes, of the highest quality, served by qualified staff and the owner in a rustic and refined environment at the same time. Excellent wines. Excellent value for money. Toilets worthy of a 5-star hotel. The only flaw is that a restaurant at these levels in 2024 cannot have American Express, but it can be fixed. Congratulations, I will certainly be an ambassador of your place and I will definitely return.

We were in Conversano for a few days, and this place literally stole our hearts, so much so that it made us return for two consecutive evenings. Raw materials of the highest quality, wide and particular choice of wines... and I highly recommend tasting the dessert too. Apulian life gave us a magical experience, made of intense tastes in a unique location that seems capable of stopping time.

A top restaurant!!!!! We discovered this restaurant by chance in the beautiful historic center of Conversano... we were impressed by the quality of the products and also by the unique combination of flavours... truly unique!!!!! Excellent service and great professionalism of the managers!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

una splendida e piacevole scoperta! location molto carina e caratteristica in uno dei vicoletti del centro storico di conversano. menù molto pugliese ma rivisitato in chiave moderna (ottime le orecchiete homemade!), ottima e ricercata selezione di vini pugliesi. personale gentile e costo proporzionato alla qualità. consigliatissimo

22/02/2024: restaurant found by pure chance last Saturday, contact and book for me and my wife. regarding the kindness, the quality much more than 10e Lode, I only regret highlighting two small details which, in my experience with trattorias, farmhouses or restaurants, left me decidedly negatively surprised: the quantity of the courses (still excellent) both in terms of the number of courses but also in the quantity of the single course... in short it seemed like he had ordered for one person and divided it in two; Luckily at least the cut was more than plentiful. in trattorias of this kind if and when we talk about starters and mixed roasts at the table they bring a number of courses that vary from simple cold ones such as cured cheeses to hot courses in addition to the roast part which I repeat if it had not been for the cut they would have been served sausage and a roll divided in two... luckily he brought me a saucer with four livers shame: the quality of the food is really high

02/04/2024: Went back two nights in a row. Bright indoor space and cozy outdoor patio weather permitting. Fresh ingredients and good selection of local dishes and fish. Very reasonably priced!
02/04/2024: Excellent trattoria in that of Monopolies, average prices and very fast service... we ordered 3 calamarata, a fried cod, tuna salad, a plate of gnocchi, and two mixed fried fish, in addition to drinks. No complaints, on the contrary.... thank you
