This place is beautiful, both inside and outside. The decoration and lighting are fantastic. Hands up and massive congratulations to the very hardworking staff. The problem is the food itself - it looks great and the reviews are glowing but it's actually not the case. The truth is that the food is unfortunately very bland and there's no explosion of flavours as you'd expect. If they change this, this would be a 5/5.

Overall, a good place. The food was very good, the service pleasant and efficient, and the setting is really charming. In the middle of August in Alberobello, it's bound to be very busy and the restaurant is running at full capacity – it feels a bit like a factory, but that's quite understandable at this time of year. The only real downside was the atmosphere on the terrace. The tables are very close together, and next to us, some customers spent a good part of their meal on FaceTime with the volume turned up full blast, without any regard for those around them. What surprised me most was that no one on the staff intervened, neither the servers nor the manager, even though the disturbance was obvious. I think it's a shame that an establishment doesn't pay more attention to the comfort of all its customers in this type of situation. Nevertheless, it was a positive experience thanks to the quality of the food, the service, and the setting, but I'm giving it 3/5 for the atmosphere because of this incident.

By far the best restaurant we ate at during our 10-day holiday in Puglia. The food, service, and ambiance were a clear 5 out of 5 for us! ⭐️ The only minor criticism: the restrooms are a bit too small for the number of guests. Otherwise, absolutely recommendable – we would come back anytime!

The quality of the food here is good (nice pastas and the tiramisu was also good). Prices are below average. For me, it's not a 5-star experience because we reserved for 9 PM and had to wait more than 20 minutes for a table. Then, before we had our main dish, it also took more than an hour (something went wrong in the kitchen). It was also a bit noisy. But again: if you want good food quality for an acceptable price, then go here. The quality of the food here is good (tasty pastas and the tiramisu was also good). The prices are below average. Wow! The food is delicious! The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
