A fantastic restaurant that has maintained its high standards for years. The portions are huge, and the meat dishes are expertly prepared—my choice was the slow-cooked beef, which was excellent. The service is exceptionally friendly. Everything here is just right. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, we didn't have a reservation and 47 senior citizens from the UJI in Castellón served us a generous and delicious meal.

It's located in a small, pleasant square, away from traffic and noise; you can sit inside or outside, and we were looked after by a friendly Cuban woman who gave us excellent advice, even for things unrelated to the restaurant. The dishes are typical local cuisine, using Apulian ingredients, and are well-prepared. Vegetables and meats are presented using traditional methods, such as the involtini al sugo (rolls with sauce), which are undoubtedly slow-cooked given their strong, intense flavor. Among the first courses, orecchiette cooked in various ways were a must. The wine selection is decent, quite good, which is unpredictable in these small trattorias. I don't recall seeing any fish-based menus.

A truly welcoming place where the food is authentic and plentiful. We tried many dishes, all excellent. If you're looking for tradition, not something touristy, it's perfect. The service is friendly and helpful.

14/06/2026: The quality of the ingredients was fine, the pasta with donkey was good, but the grilled vegetables were cold? The service was very rushed and surly. Couldn't manage a smile. The space had more of a hospital vibe with bright white light.

Casa Nova il Ristorante

10/05/2026: I discovered Casa Nova Restaurant by chance, and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, I absolutely couldn't have imagined such a large, well-kept, and charming place hidden beneath the trulli, right in the heart of Alberobello. The location is truly spectacular: evocative stone rooms, an authentic yet elegant atmosphere. Reading the menu, I discovered that it was once an old olive oil mill, and this history makes the place even more unique and charming. The food also won us over: delicious, well-prepared dishes with quality ingredients. A pleasant experience both for the cuisine and the unique atmosphere. A place definitely worth a visit if you're passing through Alberobello. Recommended by hungry_travelers Armando, Caterina, and Matteo
