I discovered Casa Nova Restaurant by chance, and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, I absolutely couldn't have imagined such a large, well-kept, and charming place hidden beneath the trulli, right in the heart of Alberobello. The location is truly spectacular: evocative stone rooms, an authentic yet elegant atmosphere. Reading the menu, I discovered that it was once an old olive oil mill, and this history makes the place even more unique and charming. The food also won us over: delicious, well-prepared dishes with quality ingredients. A pleasant experience both for the cuisine and the unique atmosphere. Very tasty food. Ravioli was amazing.

The structure, entirely made of stone, is an ancient olive oil mill, completely underground...beautiful, welcoming, enveloping, and engaging. Sebastiano, Vito, and the young Levan looked after us with friendly professionalism... Only goodness in our dishes.

I recommend trying the tasting appetizer. It includes five typical dishes from the area. Primi's Sombreros are exquisite, very well prepared. The service is quick and friendly. 100% recommended in Alberobello

Excellent experience altogether! Everything we ordered was on point, with exceptional service and a beautiful atmosphere. The waiter was patient when introducing the food/taking our orders and they were constantly checking in to make sure all was good. One of the best restaurants we tried so far on our trip down the South of Italy.
