13/07/2026: I find this restaurant not very tourist-friendly. I ordered dishes that almost none of them were made for me. I ordered meat with balsamic vinegar, but there was way too much vinegar. So much so that my father almost drowned because of it. Not to mention the price, which I paid €90. That's €30 per person. It's legalized armed robbery.

14/08/2026: We were at this restaurant a few days ago, a table for 12, obviously making reservations a few days in advance. When we booked, they insisted we arrive at 7:30 PM (we wanted to book for 9 PM), but we finally agreed on 8 PM. The location was spectacular, with a terrace overlooking the sea that speaks for itself. The menu selection was good, a mix of traditional dishes and dishes that pique your curiosity. The tuna Genovese was excellent, but the stuffed squid was very disappointing; it was tender but not very flavorful and the filling was very soft. Prices were reasonable. The staff... let's just say the friendliness was elsewhere. We left at 11 PM and the place was half empty, so I honestly didn't understand this whole need to make us arrive early.

15/07/2026: A terrible experience, and above all, a very serious one. We went to eat at this pub, and while I was eating my sandwich, I found a worm, most likely in the salad. I immediately called the waiter, who simply removed the worm and offered to replace the sandwich. By that point, however, I had completely lost my appetite and my faith in the restaurant's hygiene, so we decided to leave. What left me even more speechless was the way the situation was handled at the register. The bill was €40, and after I explained the seriousness of the incident, the only response was: "You pay €30, but you don't pay for the sandwich with the worm." No real apology, no show of regret or attention to the customer, as if finding a worm in the food were just another inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're handled that makes the difference. In this case, there was a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Finding a worm on your plate is already a terrible experience; addressing it superficially and without even apologizing makes the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place.

07/07/2026: Fantastic experience in Salerno. The food is carefully prepared, and the quality is evident in every bite. We were especially impressed by the presentation. The bacon and melted cheese fries were delicious and served in a truly inviting way. I can't wait to return to try other items on the menu. Highly recommended.

17/01/2026: I must say that for me, and for the guests who accompanied me on this journey, today was truly a wonderful experience!!! I was completely satisfied and, above all, amazed by the mastery with which Chef Francesco manages to enhance and make the simple flavors and products of our land special. I believe this is a place that deserves the attention of us, ordinary customers (even if increasingly demanding) and those charged with evaluating the excellence of the restaurant industry, giving credit where credit is due!!! My experience here was truly amazing... in no way inferior to many Michelin-starred restaurants... in fact, I wonder why there's still no star here???!!!!

15/07/2026: 5 minutes from the highway exit. Delicious local chicken specialty, available in many varieties. Friendly staff. Highly recommended for a stop on the way from Rome to Calabria.

28/06/2026: This restaurant overlooks the street, opposite the fire station. It's a welcoming, comfortable, and family-friendly place. The owner is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The chicken cooked three ways is exceptional, flavorful, and if you pair it with excellent focaccia and a good red wine, you'll be completely satisfied. The owner and his staff strive to accommodate and satisfy their customers' needs and requests. Excellent value for money. Reservations are essential to avoid waiting.

18/08/2026: We had a truly wonderful meal! The food was excellent, tasty, and carefully prepared. The waiters were kind, helpful, and professional, as were the owners, who were truly friendly and welcoming. A pleasant atmosphere where you immediately felt at ease. This is definitely a restaurant I recommend and will gladly return to!

18/08/2026: Disappointing quantity and terrible value. Unfortunately, the fried fish experience was truly disappointing. As you can see from the photo, the portion that arrived was absolutely paltry: four meager squid rings and a handful of shrimp scattered across a nearly empty plate. Considering the price, one would expect a much different and decidedly more generous portion. A real shame, but for this quantity, the quality/price ratio is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend it.

18/05/2026: A lovely experience in a quiet osteria, far from the Saturday night crowds despite being right in the historic center. Friendly and unobtrusive service. The food is prepared "on the fly" based on what's available. The menu is beautifully handwritten in a notebook. The well-cooked dishes are reminiscent of home-cooked flavors, exactly what I was looking for in an osteria, and something you rarely find in a restaurant. Congratulations!
