15/06/2025: The restaurant, located at the exit of the Baronissi junction, with a large parking lot, is very characteristic. Kind and professional staff will recommend a Lucullan path consisting of excellent dishes, all strictly homemade. Obviously the suffix "Braceria" indicates that the specialty of the restaurant is made up of different varieties of meat. But the platter of cold cuts with which you begin the path can be an excellent start. Then you move on to the first courses consisting of homemade pasta (I recommend the ravioli). Obviously you can't help but taste the various types of meat served with a side of potatoes in foil. Then you move on to the desserts which are exquisite. The cost is a little high, but proportionate to the quality. Two appetizers (abundant), three first courses, two kilos of meat, two side dishes, five desserts, 4 bottles of water and five covers, €190.

Un bémol : des prix dans la logique du marché à l’exception d’ une addition incompréhensible de 78 euros pour trois verres d’un vin blanc régional • soit 26 euro le verre ,nous n’avions pas pensé demander le prix du vin au verre d’habitude on est dans les 10 euros le verre de vin local. Dommage ça surprend d’autant plus que nous étions déjà venus l’année dernière sans subir cette surprise. • Ce vin coûte 18 Euro la bouteille sur le marché, belle marge

30/05/2025: I just returned from a trip to Italy with a family of 15. Our boat trip was cancelled due to weather so we went to Ravello as a plan B. I was scrambling to find restaurant accommodations for 15 and stumbled upon Sigilgaida. Enter our hero, Pasquale. He and I chatted and he not only made room to accommodate us, but what he had prepared re seating options when we arrived for dinner was beautiful. Wonderful setting with breathe taking views. To say my family was thrilled and delighted would be an understatement. What followed after we were seated turned out to be one of the highlights of our 10 day trip. We were wined and dined as if we were long lost members of Pasquale's family. He introduced local wines (one of which was my favorite of the trip), brought insight to the dishes, and treated us with surprises at every turn. He created a night none of us will forget and in the process we felt like we made a new friend. Beyond that, when the meal was complete, Pasquale and the staff had rides for us waiting back to Amalfi (no easy feat at that time and place). Over the top consideration and service. If you find yourself in Ravello and are looking for an amazing meal, with incredible views, that will create lasting memories, don't miss this place. 08/06/2025: I had lunch yesterday at this restaurant. The place was almost empty , only two more tables with 2 people were there. The food was just ok…. The service and the overall experience were really bad….. They tried to trick me three times with the bill, apologizing at the end, and for my surprise, the owner was there witnessing the whole situation. I’m visiting Salerno, but if being local, I would definitely NOT coming back ….

26/05/2025: We celebrated my son's communion in this Hotel and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the first moment, we were welcomed with great courtesy and professionalism. The environment is well-kept, elegant and surrounded by nature, perfect for a special event. The staff was kind and attentive, ensuring that every detail was impeccable. The food was simply delicious! Every dish from appetizer to dessert, was prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The organization of the event was perfect. The children had a lot of fun. Thanks to all the staff for making this day so special. We highly recommend this Hotel for any important event but also to spend a relaxing day. 23/03/2025: Frequentiamo questa bisteccheria da molti anni. Fin dalla prima volta ne sono rimasta colpita per le materie prime di elevata qualità e per il modo in cui vengono trattate e cucinate. Ma andiamo con ordine. Il locale è accogliente e ben curato, di quelli che ti fanno sentire a casa. La maître è una delle migliori che io abbia conosciuto: attenta al cliente, pronta a consigliare le migliori carni e i vini più adatti. Le carni sono pregiatissime e la loro tecnica di cottura le rende spettacolari. Anche lo staff è sempre gentile e attento; insomma, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti da dividere: formaggi e salumi assolutamente da non perdere. State certi che non sono prodotti commerciali, ma una selezione raffinata che difficilmente troverete altrove. Per il secondo abbiamo scelto una Black Angus spaziale: succulenta, morbida, dolce, si scioglieva in bocca. Grazie alla maître per il consiglio! In seguito abbiamo assaggiato uno dei primi del giorno, e infine, abbiamo concluso con i dolci, anche questi molto buoni. Come sempre, era tutto talmente delizioso che mi sono sentita coccolata e felice. Ma quello che mi ha stupita più di tutto è stato il primo: fusilli al ragù di Angus. È stato qualcosa di divino, spero di poterlo mangiare di nuovo. Avete presente quando si vedono persone commuoversi per la bontà di un piatto? Ecco, oggi è stato così. Grazie a Bruno e al suo staff!
