20/11/2025: We were here Sept 2023 doing the Amalfi coast. We really had a fabulous time. Atrani was beautiful. We stopped by this restaurant and we had some lunch. Were really happy here. The food was excellent and the service was topnotch! It is in a very nice setting and the view is stunning. We will visit again when we are in area thats for sure. Definitely recommended. 18/09/2025: I went to this place for the first time with my girlfriend. I'd heard about "Monti la pizza fritta" and followed it on social media, but I'd never had the chance to try it. The place is located in the center of Battipaglia; you can park a few hundred meters away and walk. It's always a good idea to book on weekends to ensure a seat. This place has a very original look; as soon as you enter, it feels like you've stepped back in time, with a spectacular, meticulously designed setting. It makes a truly evocative impact, accompanied by delicious Neapolitan background music. We tried quite a few things: the frittatina, fries, fried pizza, bruschetta, and finally the fried dessert, all washed down with good beer. The menu is truly spoiled for choice. After ordering, you're given a light that sounds as soon as your order is ready. We sat down, and after just 10 minutes, our order was ready! Spectacular, fast service. Everything was delicious, and I didn't suffer from any stomach upset or acid reflux. I'm happy with this experience, and I'll definitely be spending more evenings there with friends. A wide selection of beers with labels from all over the world and staff always ready to recommend the perfect pairing. Friendly service, honest prices and a menu that offers options for all tastes. Erminio is very knowledgeable. Let him recommend a good beer. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, variety and an environment where they can feel at home.

27/11/2025: I was lucky enough to meet Danilo when his bar opened, and I had the privilege of hanging out with him during the development of his project, experiencing the full potential of his vision. Over time, TBM has become a go-to spot for so many of my friends that now all you have to do is walk in and wait; every night will be the perfect night to enjoy an Old Fashioned in style and great company. I hope you all have the privilege of making Danilo a part of your regular routine.

06/11/2025: Open Gate Hotel in Praiano was absolutely spotless, you can tell right away how much pride the family takes in keeping everything clean and customer first. You truly feel like you’re stepping into their home with how warmly they welcome and cater to guests. The on-site restaurant served some of the best dinner we had in all of Praiano. The breakfast that’s included is perfect, with something for everyone. There’s a great spread of American options but also an authentic Italian breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit, and local specialties that were out of this world. The location is really great. Its about a 10 minute walk to the marina, a bus stop right out front which Pasquale helped make sure we caught and a 5 minute taxi ride to the center or 20 minute walk. This was not my first time visiting Praiano but now I know about this gem. Between the view, the food, and the incredible hospitality, Open Gate Hotel made our stay unforgettable and I will be back.

28/10/2025: Amazing staff who were very helpful with everything. Clean rooms and hotel overall. The restaurant was also very nice, great breakfast. Stunning views from the room. Easy to get around on the Amalfi coast. The hotel was located on a busy main road, so the noise from the road was quite loud. However, this was not a significant issue for us. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back!
