As soon as you enter, the aroma completely envelops you, anticipating the pleasure of the first bite. The dough is incredibly light, perfectly topped, with a beautifully airy crust and mouth-watering provola cheese. It's impossible to resist indulgence: we started off with a mouth-watering bucatini frittata and finished with a delicious meal. Sincere praise to the staff for their attentive and impeccable service. Special mention for offering us a taste of a truly exceptional extra virgin olive oil: a Marsicani produced just a few kilometers from here, which has rightfully been named Italy's best for years. A classy touch that demonstrates their absolute care for the local area. A well-deserved five stars!

04/07/2026: This establishment is located on Viale Risorgimento, a major thoroughfare in Agropoli, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. It's not far from the train station (less than a 10-minute walk), the E. De Filippo cinema-theater, and the Palasport (as above, walking distance). The space is spacious, with indoor tables and a tobacconist's area. The two counter staff were very courteous and hardworking. The various ginseng coffees we tried were very good. Overall, we were more than impressed with the establishment.

The restaurant is run by a young man, the proprietor, who exudes passion from every pore. His culinary expertise and his profound knowledge of wine literally captivated us. Hearing him describe the dishes is a journey of taste even before tasting them: he conveys a love and dedication to his work that are rarely encountered. ​We let ourselves be guided through a food tasting journey accompanied by expertly selected wines. Each pairing was a perfect balance. Furthermore, the owner was disarmingly helpful, fulfilling our every request with a smile and the utmost professionalism. ​The setting is delightful, refined, and with a splendid atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. It wasn't just a simple dinner, but a truly unforgettable sensory experience. Rating: 10 out of 10, truly, for everything! We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

05/07/2026: I booked this restaurant about a month and a half ago, inspired and captivated by the excellent reviews I'd read online. High expectations often risk disappointing, but at Bollicine they were completely fulfilled and exceeded with flying colors! A magical and intimate atmosphere: For the occasion, the owner reserved a spectacular little spot for us: a single table for two located inside the restaurant's wine cellar. Eating there, literally surrounded by select bottles of wine, made the atmosphere intimate, evocative, and unforgettable. Pure passion on the plate (and in the glass): The owner is a very young man who demonstrates an immeasurable love for his work. This passion is clearly reflected in every dish he offers and in the impeccable wine pairings he selects. It's not just food, it's a story. It was a complete sensory experience, from the exclusive setting to the quality of the food and wine journey. I recommend anyone to stop in Battipaglia, even just for dinner at this wonderful restaurant. A very high rating, and well deserved!

09/09/2025: The hotel is located right next to the Agropoli marina. Our room with a window overlooked the sea; it was very simple but welcoming. The staff was excellent and very kind. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious; we'll definitely be back. We were able to park outside the hotel with a 48-hour pass for the ZTL (limited traffic zone). It was a truly lovely weekend. Thank you.
