Cena in famiglia, locale piccolo ed accogliente, curato anche nei dettagli. Menù moderno che cerca di riscoprire i sapori classici. Parmigiana rivisitata, burro e alici, tarallo napoletano, lingua e gamberi, peperoni in più versioni, tonno e zucchine, capesante, tutto squisitissimo. abbiamo preso 4 antipasti, 4 primi, 4 secondi e 4 dolci. Prezzo onestissimo, anzi pensavo di spendere molto di più. Ci ritornerò perché il livello è altissimo e meritano una seconda visita.

Esperienza fantastica! Siamo stati domenica a pranzo a Casa Federici, l' ambiente è stato da subito molto accogliente. Bella musica, bella luce e una sala essenziale ma curata nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo assaggiato il menù degustazione "Ricordi", un viaggio nel tempo che lo chef ci ha fatto fare portando i nostri sensi davvero a quei momenti dell' infanzia in cui si andava a pranzo dalla nonna. Le portate, dall'entrée al dolce, sono un susseguirsi di wau. I tanti sapori, tutti messi al posto giusto, in ordine, con i giochi di consistenze, hanno fatto davvero centro su quello che era il concept del menù. Vino servito in modo ineccepibile. Il servizio è stato perfetto, cortese, gentile, rilassante, insomma io mi sono innamorata di tutto. Una chicca per me è stato il dolce "la Percoca nel vino", un'esplosione di sapori e consistenze che mi ha ricordato gesti familiari. Anche il galletto è un piatto formidabile, divertente da mangiare e goloso, gustoso e delizioso. Infine il caffè, servito con la macchinetta napoletana, è stato quasi un rituale di famiglia. Lo chef e sua moglie sono bellissimi, giovani, appassionati, due persone piacevoli e accoglienti. Il costo del menù a mio parere è anche poco per il pensiero e il lavoro che c'è dietro tutto ciò che ci è stato presentato. Nuovo posto del cuore, non vedo l'ora di tornare per assaggiare l'altro menù degustazione.

Ho dovuto adeguarmi agli altri e prendere la degustazione ricordi che non avrei scelto ma i piatti mi hanno comunque soddisfatto in quanto le ragazze sono state in grado di sostituire le cose che non volevo con alternative molto buone. Servizio cortese e personale giovane ma ben formato. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più sono i ravioli e quella che mi È piaciuta meno il polletto! Torneremo per provare il menu a base di pesce.
