And finally, stockfish Vicenza-style, drinking high-quality red wines. A restaurant that has become part of the history of a town, its years having an impact on the gastronomy of San Giorgio. Everything was excellent; I highly recommend sampling the true culinary traditions of this restaurant!

24/02/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The experience was truly excellent. I had the spaghetti with clams: a fresh dish, fragrant with the sea, with abundant and flavorful clams. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce balanced, simple but truly well done. For my second course, I chose a mixed grill of seafood, beautifully presented and, above all, perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, the staff was kind and attentive. Excellent value for money. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well. 🌊🐟🍝

The mozzarella slides into your mouth like a special treat, while the potato gnocchi stuffed with creamed broccoli and raw broccoli are perfectly balanced. The amberjack is served first as a tartare and then as a breaded slice, demonstrating the exceptional quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere is elegant with soothing background music. A top rating.

15/02/2026: Valentine's Day dinner at Casa Rispoli. A very welcoming and charming restaurant in the center of Cava. We opted for the five-course seafood tasting menu for €75. The bruschetta with raw shrimp was very delicate on the palate, while the fried calamari was too oily, as was the seared tuna. The pasta was a very positive note: the tagliolini with shrimp tartare and lemon were truly excellent. Service was average.

15/03/2026: I visited last year and, despite some skepticism based on some of the reviews, I decided to try La Tagliata anyway. I was met with courtesy and no hassle when I asked to pay by card. If I'd encountered rudeness, a lack of respect for customers, and a hassle with the payment method, I certainly wouldn't have considered returning. I hope I don't have to change my mind on my next visit. See you soon!
