30/06/2026: Excellence in Baronissi: where heart meets quality ​Finding the right words to review a place you've grown fond of is never easy: the risk of seeming biased is always around the corner, but when quality and commitment are objective, the facts speak for themselves. ​Marcello, the owner, is the perfect example of a young Italian entrepreneur: a long apprenticeship behind him, a hard worker who, despite the strain, never loses his smile. His welcome makes you feel at home from the first moment. ​Let's talk about the products, because here they mean business: ​Excellent flours and incredibly light doughs. ​Extraordinary tomatoes and strictly locally sourced ingredients. ​Marcello's real winning move was taking over a historic restaurant, open for many years, and managing to lead it to a decidedly superior quality. If they aren't Michelin stars, they're close: he deserves every one of those "little stars" for excellent dining. Special praise also goes to the staff: a team of young and efficient people. It's wonderful to see so many university students rolling up their sleeves, working hard, and understanding the value of sacrifice. I'm sure that this is where the great lawyers, engineers, and doctors of tomorrow will emerge. Author's note: No photos this time.
