03/11/2024: Mi esposa y yo probamos Ristorante D'Aiello en nuestro primer día e Italia. La comida, el servicio y las vistas eran excelentes. Este es un gran lugar para comer, especialmente si disfrutas de la gente viendo tantas mesas con vistas a la calle principal. Fuimos durante las horas no pico de turismo, que recomiendo encarecidamente si planea disfrutar de Italia sin estar hombro con hombro en las calles y desea ver y disfrutar de todo en su lista. Saludo especial a nuestra camarera, Elenora, que fue extremadamente educada y cuyo servicio realmente contribuyó a la gran experiencia que tuvimos.

29/10/2024: Cenamos aquí varias noches. El servicio fue excelente. Los camareros saben cómo hacer excelentes Negronis y Aperol Spritzes (sp? ). Este restaurante es relativamente nuevo, solo unos años, pero merece todos los elogios que he visto. Mis amigos en su mayoría tenían los platos de marisco, que dijeron que eran excelentes, y la presentación de los mismos fue impresionante. Comía las diferentes pastas cada noche. Saben cómo cocinarlo correctamente. Las salsas (boloñesa, Pomodoro, y una salsa de limón de la que he olvidado el nombre) estaban deliciosas. La salsa de limón era algo que nunca había probado antes y estaba muy sabrosa. Las salsas rojas eran celestiales y llenas. La focaccia era ligera y absorbía muy bien las salsas restantes. ¡Y no puedo olvidar los postres! Desmayarse digno y derretirse en la boca. Sin duda volveré la próxima vez que esté en Positano.

30/03/2025: Struck by a 2 cooking with Genoese that magically appeared on the tik tok feed, I decide to go to this place. It's Saturday. There are a few people, they welcome us by telling us that we have to wait, but after a short time we sit down The venue is spacious, with multiple rooms inside and ample space outdoors too. Let's start with the fried foods. Delicious stuffed croquette and chips with fondue and divine bacon! (But try something so crunchy and tasty ❤️) Let's move on to the pizza. I couldn't help but take that view in the video (by the way it was their proposal of the month). Double cooked perfectly, with dough that is crunchy and dry, and the Genovese (the pizza topping) was as if my mother had made it! Finally, a bitter, one of their tiramisu (nice idea of ​​serving it with a brick of coffee to choose whether you want it with more or less coffee), a small and more than honest bill... and what can I say, I liked ASSAJE ❤️ N.B. special mention to the girl who welcomed us and to all the staff who were courteous and attentive like few others. Compliments!

08/03/2025: What a find! The glowing reviews in Italian led us to this beautiful restaurant. We had a charming conversation with the proprietor, who clearly cares deeply about promoting the most characteristic offerings of the region and the season. Although they specialize in seafood, the chef was graciously accommodating in varying some dishes to our vegetarian diet, both in the antipasto selection and the primi. We couldn’t leave without trying the pear crumble for dessert. This was a gracious experience.

20/10/2024: Quiet place and excellent dinner (midweek evening), then talking with the architect Cassano was really pleasant. If I had to look for a single note.....maybe they should equip themselves a little better with the menu for those who eat gluten-free.

22/03/2025: We were there on Valentine's Day. There were set menus, and you had to take one each. I liked almost all types of meat, except one which had a very strong taste. An experience definitely worth doing once in a while, to try the asado and all the less conventional meats. I would work a little on the appetizers and side dishes. The potatoes were dry.
