05/12/2025: We were guests at Hotel Poseidon and made a reservation at Il Tridente expecting a safe, professional dining experience. Instead, my family endured an incident that could have killed my son, paired with some of the worst behavior I have ever witnessed from a manager in hospitality. We clearly informed the staff that my son has a nut allergy. Despite this, they placed a starter breadbasket on our table with no explanation whatsoever—and it contained nuts. My son took a bite, unknowingly. Only 20 minutes later did a waiter return with a “nut-free” basket and admit the first one had nuts. We had not been told, warned, or advised at any point. I raced up the entire property—multiple elevators and several flights of stairs—to grab his emergency medication. Anyone familiar with allergies knows that within minutes, this mistake could have become deadly. My son’s life was put at risk because the staff failed one of the most basic responsibilities of a restaurant. But what made this experience truly appalling was the manager. His behavior was not just unprofessional—it was shockingly rude, dismissive, defensive, and outright hostile. As I explained what had happened, he repeatedly cut me off, raised his voice, and insisted his staff “would never” make such an error. He acted as if I was the problem for daring to bring up a life-threatening mistake. The waiter himself then stepped in and admitted the truth, proving the manager wrong. Even after being confronted with the facts, the manager still showed zero remorse. No apology. No concern. No accountability. Not even basic human decency while I was shaking and trying to ensure my son was safe. His attitude added a level of emotional distress that was completely unnecessary during an already terrifying situation. For a restaurant positioned as fine dining, this was an absolute disgrace. Mistakes can happen—but the way management chooses to handle them reveals everything about an establishment. And this manager showed a level of arrogance and indifference that is completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone one where guests’ lives are at stake. I will never return, and I strongly warn any family with food allergies—or anyone who expects even minimal respect or compassion—to avoid this restaurant entirely. No parent should have to fight with a manager while fearing for their child’s safety.

13/06/2026: Fantastic coffee and espresso! Great little balcony that seats two that has incredible views. We loved stopping here in the morning during our stay in Positano. Staff was very friendly and inviting

After I changed my order, I felt the situation was handled with particular rudeness and disrespect, including the receipt. I understand that it's necessary to correct an order, but I believe customers should always be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I was very disappointed, and it ruined my evening.

24/07/2026: Delicious pizza in the historic part of Salerno. Large, two-story place with a beautiful terrace upstairs. Friendly service. The pizza was very large, I couldn't eat it all... I got it to go. I recommend it.

08/08/2026: We went to this place tonight and couldn't have made a better choice! ❤️ For appetizers, we had the "Nuvola" with mortadella and creamed potatoes and a ragù frittatina. Followed by a "Marghemario" triple-cooking pizza and a "Ruota" parmigiana. What can I say... everything was truly delicious! 😍 Carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that won us over. Perhaps a little pricey considering we're in Sarno, but for the quality and overall experience, I think it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommended! 👏

25/07/2026: They're all young, enthusiastic, and respectful. They try to do their best, even when customers unfortunately make it difficult. The service is fast and friendly, but the pizza...that can't be described; pizza is an experience to be savoured. Whether you order it double-cooked, crunchy, classic, or cartwheel-style, it NEVER disappoints! I go there frequently and can't recall a single instance of dissatisfaction with one of the pizzas I've tried. They have a separate dining room and a gluten-free oven, and I've always found the bathrooms elegant and clean, equipped with diaper-changing tables. I hope they always maintain these standards, because eating pizza at "Officina della Pizza" is always a pleasure, especially since even the price is reasonable 😉.

20/06/2026: Very good pizza and the first time I come to this pizzeria we also had an omelette with garlic, oil and chilli pepper, the pizza was really good, the only thing I didn't like was a bitter paid €4 and a meloncello €2, it's not about the money but in many pizzerias the bitter or a coffee etc. They are offered for the rest everything is ok I will definitely go back

21/03/2026: Today we had lunch at Bluu Mare Dentro with my entire family, including my two grandchildren, Margherita and Francesco, and we were truly impressed by the quality of the experience. The fresh seafood menu was excellent: every dish was carefully crafted, rich in flavor, and prepared with great care. The wine was also a perfect choice, while the dessert was truly irresistible. Special thanks go to the owners, who were extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. The equally helpful and knowledgeable staff helped make the lunch even more enjoyable, always with a smile, even for the children. The restaurant is welcoming, well-kept, and conveys that wonderful feeling of immediately feeling at home. A truly successful family lunch, which we recommend to anyone looking for excellent seafood, professionalism, and a warm atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

16/02/2026: We enjoyed a pleasant lunch with friends, tasting "Il Porto Sicuro." The menu's theme was also very meaningful, a significant experience for the dishes served. The shrimp croquettes served with the escarole pizza were a return to tradition. The first course was very simple but so tasty, bringing the flavor of the sea to the table. Finally, the cod—this one surprised me because I ate it grilled rather than fried—was truly enjoyable, with a delicate flavor, so it wasn't heavy or oily. For dessert, I asked for a change since I don't eat chocolate; they offered me a citrus crème brûlée, very fresh and excellent for finishing a seafood menu. The ingredients are excellent and of good quality. The service was performed with attention and care for the diners. A decent wine list with Italian and French labels.

22/07/2026: Discovered thanks to The Fork. The dishes lived up to the 9.2 rating found on the app. I followed the owner's advice and tried the restaurant's signature dish: Nerano-style ravioli with zucchini chips and caciocavallo del Monaco fondue. Top notch. Excellent value. Nice location on the main road across from the Cava dei Tirreni train station. Ample covered/uncovered parking a few hundred meters away. Excellent wine list.

12/07/2026: The food is very good: I enjoyed an excellent charcuterie board, a perfectly roasted fillet steak, and a truly exquisite mezza manica with cherry tomatoes and guanciale. The dessert, a cream-based dish with lemon zest, was delicious, and to finish, I tried a very pleasant herbal liqueur called "pugnacchella." If I had to find a flaw, I'd recommend avoiding bringing children, as the place is small. Tonight, there was a moment when a little girl threw a tantrum, and it was quite annoying. I recommend it!

04/08/2026: A pizzeria in the center of Salerno, but located in a quiet spot next to the Church of Sant'Anna. Maybe it was because we were there in the evening for a birthday party on a muggy, hot day, but it was hard to breathe. We asked for fans, but they didn't have any, so it was a bit of a pain. The pizza was good, as were the appetizers, but the staff was rushed and unfriendly.

15/05/2026: A very good restaurant with a beautiful view. We were there for lunch today and were very satisfied. Good service, and the waiter spoke good English. The menu was available in several languages ​​on the website. We had the braised chicken drumsticks with salad and fries, and stuffed eggplant. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this restaurant.
