Today we had lunch at Bluu Mare Dentro with my entire family, including my two grandchildren, Margherita and Francesco, and we were truly impressed by the quality of the experience. The fresh seafood menu was excellent: every dish was carefully crafted, rich in flavor, and prepared with great care. The wine was also a perfect choice, while the dessert was truly irresistible. Special thanks go to the owners, who were extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. The equally helpful and knowledgeable staff helped make the lunch even more enjoyable, always with a smile, even for the children. The restaurant is welcoming, well-kept, and conveys that wonderful feeling of immediately feeling at home. A truly successful family lunch, which we recommend to anyone looking for excellent seafood, professionalism, and a warm atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Finally, the cod—this one surprised me because I ate it grilled rather than fried—was truly enjoyable, with a delicate flavor, so it wasn't heavy or oily. For dessert, I asked for a change since I don't eat chocolate; they offered me a citrus crème brûlée, very fresh and excellent for finishing a seafood menu. The ingredients are excellent and of good quality. The service was performed with attention and care for the diners. A decent wine list with Italian and French labels.

I was there yesterday for a baptism. The place is small, beautifully decorated and meticulously crafted, with a spectacular open kitchen. A convivial atmosphere. We ate divinely, starting with an aperitif with spectacular fried pizzas and calzones. The first courses were meticulously prepared, both meat and fish (house specialties). A special shout-out to chef Silvestro, who, with each course, made sure to check in from the kitchen window to see what the dishes were like. A spectacular experience.

Everything was exceptional! I've known the place since the 'Buio' days, and it has maintained the high quality and attention to detail.

This little restaurant is a gem. It enchants you from the moment you enter, thanks to its intimate atmosphere, the perfect lighting, and well-chosen music. The decor is simple yet very elegant. The very courteous maitre d' served us with just the right amount of delicacy. The dishes are excellent. They never fail. I think I've found one of the most excellent restaurants I've ever visited. I'll definitely be back.

It's not a bad place. You can eat a good fisherman's risotto, but a sea bream with a sauce that's too spicy could be better. For four of us, we spent 230 euros. Maybe there's room for improvement here too. Obviously, I'll point out that we ordered 4 first courses, 4 second courses, a bottle of wine, and two desserts. It deserves trust in any case. The atmosphere is quiet. I'll definitely be back.
