All the people of Campania know that Cava is a very attractive destination, both for eating and for walking! Not very athletic and with an empty stomach we went to "Botte piccolo Great flavors" where we found a small but very welcoming location. The owner is a very accommodating, kind and super helpful person, and offers really good service. To start our dinner we chose a platter of cured meats and cheeses, of which the high quality cured meats really surprised us, then again as an appetizer we tried a mozzarella stuffed with ricotta, recommended by the owner, and a millefeuille of black bread and escarole , absolutely delicious. The only sore point of the appetizer was the fried pacchero filled with cream of potatoes and sausage, because the pacchero had a barely distinguishable consistency and the filling was too similar to a simple crocchè. We then tasted various first courses, all of the highest quality, among which, however, pride of place should be reserved for the pappardelle with sautéed porcini mushrooms and sausage grains, the aroma of which filled the entire table as soon as they arrived at the table. The selection of meats is also excellent: the scottona fillet with parmesan fondue is highly recommended. The presentation of the dishes is very beautiful, combined with high quality materials and a particularly comfortable environment, perfect for spending a very pleasant evening: it is worth saying that good wine fits in the small barrel!
