Fast takeaway and excellent pizzas

A magical place, where pizza tastes like ancient grains and is crafted with exquisite local toppings. A place where you can relive the flavors of days gone by. Gragnano-style panuozzo made to perfection. Traditional pizza and deli food. The selection of top-quality ingredients is highly prized, from Corbarino and Piennolo tomatoes to the finest Cetara anchovies. A niche for gourmets with unrivaled value. Gennaro, the owner, is a dreamer, and you just have to come here to lose yourself in the flavors...

Hidden gem (for us tourists - the locals know). We loved everything we ordered and I especially loved the Gluten Free Resilienza pizza with anchovies - 10/10!

Excellent pizza, excellent cuisine, very kind waiting staff, especially Mr. Peppino, the tip at the end of the meal is truly heartfelt for the exquisite kindness with which he pampered you throughout the lunch, affable owner, I recommend trying the capricciosa 2.0, in the adjacent square a nice elderly lady often stops and it's pleasant to have a chat.

One evening at dinner. Five of us. We find four bottles of water already on the table, never ordered or asked for. You think it's polite? Not really. When it comes to paying, even though one bottle was unopened and never asked for, we find it added to the bill. I ask for an explanation and the girl, otherwise unimpressed, turns to another gentleman and at that point, after I point out that not only had it never been asked for, but it hadn't even been consumed. What do you do? Take it off the bill or what? In the end, they give me a small plastic bottle, but only after I asked. Pizza: low rating. Neither high nor low. I discarded all the cheese and the buffalo mozzarella, which was not buffalo mozzarella. Non-traditional pizza. Nor quality ingredients. I'm disappointed, especially because I had high expectations. Beer not on tap, only bottles... for a place in the center of Salerno with a high rating, I expected more.

I'm from Brazil and I visited Italy for the first time at the beginning of the month. Obviously, I ate a lot of pizza during the two weeks I spent there, but your pizza and service were the best. To the server who welcomed us and served us so well, thank you very much, you'll be very welcome at the Brazilian Carnival! Grazie!

Pizza Capricciosa was perfect. It couldn't be better! Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. The service was very attentive.
