20/06/2025: I celebrated a special occasion at the crystal with an aperitif. At first everything seemed to be going well, until on the day of the party I arrived at the bar and brought the cake, as agreed, and a yellow Santero 958 bottle. Only then was I told that it was not possible to bring the bottle from outside, and that I would have to buy it from them. I accept their policy, of course. I turn up my nose when they charge me the grand sum of 30 euros for the same Santero 958 bottle that I wanted to bring from outside, the only difference being the pink color. We know very well that a bottle like that costs less than 5 euros, and it seems rather excessive and squalid to charge me 30 euros for a Santero bottle. With the same money they should have given me a better quality bottle. Furthermore, the staff seemed rather rude in trying to charge me even more than I should have, making mistakes on the calculator several times and asking me for more money that they were not entitled to. Edited: In response to your message, I tell you that that bottle is absolutely not comparable to the price you set. It was not my intention to bring the bottle from outside and not respect your internal policy, and I also think it is useless to repeat it... but with that price I expected a clearly different bottle, certainly not a Santero 958. 29/05/2025: The bar is absolutely fantastic! From the friendly staff to the delicious drinks and lively atmosphere, it's a truly exceptional experience. The staffs are incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the drinks menu. The bar boasts a wide variety of expertly crafted cocktails which are also top-notch. The bar has a lively and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a night out with friends or a casual evening. It's impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable space. The entire experience, from the moment you walk in to the time you leave, is simply unforgettable. Meanwhile, I had the best experience of my preferred cocktail "ESPRESSO MARTINI". The bartender is absolutely awesome! I highly recommend Crystal Cafe if you want to have memories of a comfortable bar.

Honestamente Tuve LA mejor noche que he tenido en años, el cantante / guitarrista fue increíble, no puedo recordar su nombre, ya que terminamos destrozados, ya que el brillante personal del bar solo seguía recargando bebidas! 28/05/2025: Ieri sera siamo ritornati qui dopo esserci stati anche altre volte e come sempre ci siamo trovatibenissimo, la cucina é squisita, noi abbiamo preso il tagliere misto molto abbondante e sfizioso, era tutto saporito e poi abbiamo preso il pignatiello con polpetta al ragú e provola, una squisitezza, ci hanno offerto anche un limoncello a fine cena. 13/04/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per stamane un aperitivo al lounge bar panoramico. Nonostante la giornata non proprio soleggiata, siamo rimasti comunque "abbagliati" dal meraviglioso panorama marino che, dalla costa a picco sul mare dove il terrazzo del lounge bar affaccia, spazia da Bagnoli-Nisida fino alle isole... davvero mozzafiato, bellissimo !! Il tutto poi, diventa davvero una bellissima esperienza non solo per l'alta qualità dei drink e degli stuzzichini, ma soprattutto per l'accoglienza da parte del personale, giovanissimo ma già molto "preparato", come la bravissima Ilaria, simpaticissima e molto professionale che, a partire dal'idea originalissima di preannunciare che i long drinks analcolici richiesti dalle nostre signore sarebbero stati "intonati" ed armonizzati ai colori del loro abbigliamento, sono stati davvero buonissimi, come gli stuzzichini di altissima qualità, nel mio caso accompagnato da un calice di Falanghina dei Campi Flegrei servita alla giusta temperatura di beva... Insomma esperienza da ripetere assolutamente, oltretutto per la comodità del sito,anche in termini di ampi spazi di parcheggio e di "vicinanza" a Napoli: è adiacente all'Accademia Aeronautica di Pozzuoli.

04/03/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per festeggiare il compleanno di nostra figlia con un pranzo domenicale, convinti di trascorrere una giornata all’insegna della buona cucina e della convivialità. Eravamo un gruppo numeroso, composto da 23 adulti e due bambini, e per l’occasione avevamo concordato in anticipo due diversi menù: uno di mare, destinato alla maggior parte degli ospiti (20 persone), e uno di terra per i restanti tre, oltre a due menù dedicati ai bambini. L’aperitivo iniziale è stato organizzato in modo discreto, ma i veri problemi sono emersi con l’inizio del pranzo. Nonostante l’orario fosse già piuttosto avanzato – gli antipasti sono stati serviti alle 14 – il primo piatto per i bambini, di soli 4 e 5 anni, è stato portato in tavola soltanto alle 15, dopo numerose sollecitazioni. Un’attesa ingiustificata, soprattutto considerando la semplicità della portata (penne al sugo). La qualità delle materie prime ha poi deluso ogni aspettativa. Il pesce non era fresco: il baccalà in tempura aveva tutta l’evidenza di essere congelato, mentre le vongole degli scialatielli (preparati con vongole, gamberi e crema di pistacchio) apparivano chiaramente raggrinzite, segno inequivocabile della loro scarsa freschezza. Anche il secondo, un’orata che avrebbe dovuto essere il fiore all’occhiello del menù di mare, si è rivelato deludente: alcuni commensali hanno ricevuto un pesce cotto in modo insufficiente, mentre per altri risultava amarognolo e per nulla gradevole. Anche le portate destinate ai più piccoli hanno lasciato molto a desiderare: la cotoletta era eccessivamente secca e asciutta, così come il maialino in crosta, del menù di terra, risultava stracotto e privo di sapore. L’unica nota positiva è che almeno i dolci li avevamo portati noi. A rendere l’esperienza ancor più frustrante è stata la totale indisponibilità della cucina a offrire un’alternativa a due nostri ospiti che, non mangiando pesce, avevano chiesto un piatto differente. Sebbene fossimo disposti a pagare un supplemento, non è stato possibile ottenere nemmeno un semplice piatto di spaghetti al sugo. Il contesto è senza dubbio incantevole, con un panorama mozzafiato che meriterebbe un’esperienza gastronomica all’altezza. Purtroppo, però, il cibo e il servizio non sono stati all’altezza delle aspettative, né del prezzo richiesto: basti pensare che il menù bambino, composto da un piatto di penne al sugo e una cotoletta con patatine, è costato ben 50 euro. Il problema, tuttavia, non è il costo, bensì la scarsa qualità di quanto servito. Su 23 persone, nessuna si è dichiarata soddisfatta. Ci siamo trovati a disagio di fronte ai nostri ospiti, costretti a mangiare più per necessità che per piacere, dopo un’attesa estenuante. Personalmente, non torneremmo in questo ristorante e non ci sentiamo di consigliarlo, se non – forse – per un semplice aperitivo vista mare. Per un pranzo o una cena di qualità, meglio scegliere altrove ed evitare il nostro stesso errore: spendere tanto senza ottenere il minimo riscontro in termini di qualità e servizio.

18/06/2025: Met through a B&B. Excellent breakfast with croissants and good pastries. Real Neapolitan coffee (made with heart and passion). The best coffee cream I've ever tasted. Courteous and very friendly staff, available for everything and above all friendly. We who came from outside the region felt very comfortable. I recommend.
