27/07/2025: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the city center, the cruise port, and the ferry port for the Italian islands in southern Italy. The hotel rooms are a good size, and the room rates aren't cheap. The breakfast system requires you to sit down and order from the menu, which, in my opinion, is much better than the buffet. The food is delicious. I tried the room service and breakfast, and both were excellent. The hotel staff were courteous. I forgot a piece of clothing in one of the rooms, and the hotel team contacted me within less than two hours to inform me of its presence and how to retrieve it. Privacy isn't high in the room if there are two people in it, as the shower is made of glass and opens onto the room. The bathroom lights turn on and off automatically as people pass by, which can be annoying when you sleep, especially since the shower is made of glass and overlooks the room, especially since the lighting doesn't turn on immediately and takes time.
