Today we went to the Pompeii excavations accompanied by Bartolo, a very knowledgeable and friendly local guide who also runs this place impeccably. The guys served us at our tables with kindness, professionalism, and courtesy... Ilaria's beauty concludes my review. Thank you for a wonderful day!

We were looking for a place for Sunday lunch away from the chaos and quiet enough to chat. Genimi recommended it, and I have to say it was a real discovery. Excellent meal, great service, friendly and helpful staff, quiet and well-kept atmosphere. A real discovery. I highly recommend it. Excellent value for money.

I'd already been to dinner there and was enchanted, especially by the location surrounded by nature. That's why I decided to celebrate my daughter's first communion there. The best part is that you feel like you're in your own garden: we ate under a tree, in a truly special atmosphere, guaranteed relaxation and excellent food. The service was always professional and attentive, with great attention to detail and customer service. Some unexpected weather conditions threatened to complicate the day, but thanks to their organization and availability, we still managed to enjoy the celebration peacefully and savor every moment.

On Sunday, I visited this fantastic place, Casa di Amelia, for a first communion. The simplicity and harmony of the setting were the key ingredients of a beautiful day. The service, always available, was accompanied by smiles and advice on finding the right accommodation. The garden is well-kept and a pleasure to be outdoors. The owner, Bartolo, is a very professional person, and it's easy to get along with him. It's an extraordinary place that I highly recommend if you want to feel at home and give your guests a day to remember. Thank you.

A corner of paradise on Vesuvius. It's a pleasure to be welcomed by Bartolo in this place surrounded by nature. I found so much authenticity in the dishes and the restaurant. The staff was very courteous and helpful (due to a sudden downpour, they moved us inside, and when it stopped, they relocated us to the garden (there were 20 of us). Thank you all, and see you again very soon.

An unforgettable Easter lunch: vegetarian options, including a delicious vegan casatiello that rivaled the classic version. Tasty and carefully crafted appetizers, exquisite first courses, and meat skewers for carnivores—for me, tofu and vegan meatballs! 16/05/2026: Excellent pizza, authentic Neapolitan pizza. You can choose from a variety of toppings, as well as whole-wheat pizza. Even the Italian-style fried pizza is of the same high standard. Highly recommended!
03/05/2026: Excellent pizza, carefully prepared and expertly crafted dough: you can taste the true passion behind every dish. Unfortunately, last night we couldn't finish it—we were already full from lunch—and we asked for a box to take it home. We noticed that the owner, who is also the pizza chef, and his son were a little disappointed... and I understand why: when you put your heart into what you do, you see someone who doesn't finish their plate, and it makes an impression. But I want them to know it wasn't the pizza's fault—it was our fault! 😄 In fact, we enjoyed the one we took home afterwards, and even cold it was delicious. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for the dedication you can see and taste in every bite. 🍕

Pizza Re Ferdinando"La Cantina"

24/11/2025: The place... unfortunately not. The atmosphere is really dated, with those beaded panels on the walls that look like they were taken out forty years ago. Cold, unwelcoming: I kept my coat on the whole time. Aesthetically, it's really ugly, it doesn't invite you to linger. Let's move on to the food. The homemade gnocchi were the best thing: truly delicious, nothing to complain about. The rest, however, is another story. The frico was a total disappointment: without potatoes, incredibly hard, with a crust that felt like concrete and a heavy taste. A poor copy of Campanile, and there's a real chasm between the two. In short: the food quality is mediocre, the atmosphere is cold and dated. Personally, I won't be returning.
10/06/2025: Arrived by pure chance, a typical Friulian frasca environment Well kept and cared for. I ordered a first course, a second course and a side dish. I couldn't finish everything... excellent and super abundant dishes. Very helpful and attentive staff. Definitely to return. Oh, I forgot the price decidedly below average. Well done and that's it.
