Mrs. Luisa and all the staff supported us in everything with meticulous dedication, professionalism and kindness for the success of the event. Congratulations to everyone. Fantastic evening. 27/07/2025: Llorando porque he estado en Isquia durante 2 semanas, nuestro segundo día en Procida, y este fue el mejor lugar que hemos experimentado hasta ahora! ¡Y yo soy amante de la comida y hemos comido en tantos sitios! Entramos sin reserva un domingo a las 7 de la noche: 30 . Fueron reservados, pero lograron encontrarnos el mejor lugar, en la playa, para 2 personas. Los servidores, todos y cada uno de ellos, y 💫💫💫💫 para Giuseppe, que era nuestro servidor real. Era tan amable e hilarante y servicial (! ) sí! ensalada de caballa con helado 🤔 era en realidad bueno! Todos trabajaron en equipo ayudándose mutuamente. ¡Y omg! Además de la comida fenomenal, estaba la vista: puesta de sol literal en la playa. Tanoooooo precioso ... así que si estás planeando un compromiso , hazlo IT aquí! Muchas gracias por el tiempo increíble! ¡La gran comida! Y el servicio. ¡Grazie Mille! Estamos aquí una semana más y nos volverás a ver. ❤️

06/07/2025: Nestled in a charming and tastefully decorated setting, Ristorante Rondinella promises a welcoming atmosphere—but unfortunately, the culinary execution fell short of expectations. The fried zucchini arrived heavily breaded, with the cheese inside curdled and likely mishandled in temperature during preparation before being submerged in hot oil. The pasta with baby octopus, a featured daily special, was oversalted to a degree that left lingering discomfort after the meal. As for the Raviolo Caprese, served in canned tomato sauce, it lacked the freshness and lightness that typically define this dish. An overpowering splash of lemon juice further masked its potential. Despite the inviting ambiance, this was—regrettably—the weakest meal I’ve had in Italy in over two decades.

09/08/2025: Personale della sala veramente simpatico, cibo veramente buono e servizio buono. Pizza ottima, primi squisiti, frittura veramente eccellente. La prossima volta andremo per la zuppa di cozze però con il tarallo. Scusate ma non ho fatto foto, mi sono goduto la cena senza cellulare, e vi assicuro che si gusta di più, non avete distrazioni 😂

11/05/2025: Little choice of menu, poor quality, slow service, Italian and not oriental management, it is not the classic sushi we find since the "all you can eat" it offers costs €30 with the possibility of taking a maximum of 3 cakes. Would I go back? "No"… I strongly advise against it.

14/07/2025: We were seated at a table and then simply not served for over 15 minutes. The table next door was being set up again, and the staff didn't seem to bother taking our order. A complete no-go for me! So we simply got up and went to the next restaurant, where we enjoyed excellent service.

30/07/2025: Great place, all the staff were excellent, but a special mention goes to Francesco, who was very kind, professional, and hardworking. I will gladly return.

23/07/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday and were greeted warmly, even though the waiters were all stationary in one spot and didn't pay much attention to the tables. Luckily, we were near the playground. The entertainer, Checca, was incredibly sweet and patient. She took care of both the children and us, repeatedly letting the waiters know our requests. Thanks to her, we even managed to get ice cream for our little girl, who we'd asked for several times without receiving an answer. The food was excellent, the meat was truly delicious. We'll definitely be back; the little girl has grown fond of Checca.

27/04/2025: Friendliness mixed with specialty are the perfect ingredients for happiness. Congratulations to the staff of this establishment met by chance during a sporting trip. Absolutely worth taking into consideration.

20/03/2025: Never and never again!!! We have been several times and were astonished each time by the treatment by the staff, especially by the owner who has always shown herself to be unfriendly and with an air of disinterest. As far as the food is concerned, it is only a distant picture, despite this the prices are shamefully high and the quality is truly terrible, don't go there risk of bad breath!!

17/05/2025: First time at Mennella in Portici. Ice cream found tasty and the girl very friendly. So, first experience, positive. I hope the same in the next occasions.

15/05/2025: I have a wonderful experience at this resturant with my husband and 2 kids. The owner Francesco is amazing! We ordered frescha pizza and chicken rotisserie with fries. This man is so hospitable. They had just started cooking and while we were waiting he kept giving us free fried food from the shop. First time in Italy. First time in this area and resturant and he has our hearts. Thank you so so so much for your kindness! And what amazing food. So so fresh and delicious

12/03/2025: Lo sconsiglio , poca professionalità e prezzi lievitati in base alle persone, se sei del posto oppure no, classico furbetto, prezzi non esposti e quindi ne approfitta . Se proprio volete andarci, Chiedete tutti i prezzi prima di ordinare , se non volete fregature . P.s. Ah per legge i prezzi devono essere esposti !

02/07/2025: We were there on a Saturday night, so I can understand the confusion and the amount of work, but unfortunately the service was not satisfactory. The chicken sandwich was contaminated with other meat with sauce, the portion of chips was really small and the paper that wrapped the sandwich was all torn, giving the impression of little attention. I understand that in busy moments poor service can happen, but as a paying customer I certainly expected more. Too bad.

29/06/2025: Rude staff starting with the manager. I had placed an order with table service, they only served me a portion, when I asked for explanations he replied that I had to go get the rest at the counter (I had ordered milk and pancakes and he told me that I had to get the milk myself), I pointed out that it makes no sense to place an order at the table if I then have to get up and he didn't even answer, he had already turned to leave. Then 9 times out of 10 that I place an order at the table it is not brought to me, yesterday it was early in the morning and I was the only customer, and yet I waited 15 minutes in vain, after which I went to the counter and the girl had not even looked at the order receipt.
