13/09/2025: We came here, because we saw all the good reviews. The service and ambiance were both really pleasant and the people working there were very kind. However, when the food arrived we were very disappointed… The pizza was weirdly looking, the tomato sauce was no where to be found and there were large amounts of tasteless cheese to compensate. The kind that gives you a stomach ache afterwards. We also ordered carbonara, but this was just scrambled eggs with bacon served on a bed of pasta. We love Italian food and it was a pity to see this beautiful tasteful kitchen going to waste in this restaurant.

10/10/2025: If you're looking for an authentic Neapolitan trattoria where you can enjoy excellent food and savor the local hospitality, this is the place to go. Delicious food, fast service, and a welcoming atmosphere; a special shout-out to the owner (and chef), who is engaging and never intrusive. Congratulations!

29/09/2025: An excellent address, one of the best places to eat local food, far from the tourist-crammed areas, you'll eat with the locals. Everything is very good, the mixed vegetables as a starter, the main courses are excellent, the frittura mista dishes are so good! The waitress is simply adorable and the chef Trained in great restaurants You'll be treated to exceptional cuisine served in a very modest but home-like setting At more than reasonable prices!

19/09/2025: Vacation period from September 15th to 25th, as a couple. Characteristic place, fantastic views, beautiful clean sea, crystal clear waters, few free public beaches, small but clean and tidy. Private beaches are generally overpriced, especially considering our time of year. Parking and taxi fares for short trips are also too high. Even buses cost €5 per ticket for a 2km ride. It seems excessive to me. Very narrow and winding roads with significant climbs and descents, where even with a speed limit of 30km/h, residents (knowing the roads well) drive full blast, resulting in high risks on the curves, most of the time with no visibility. Also, for us, who are here in the S. Angelo area, 2km away. Getting there on foot is a challenge (especially for me, a 74-year-old who's just recently had a hip replacement) with steep inclines, and long, steep steps with steps higher than normal (like Lenten penances). Our hotel also has steps everywhere, no elevator, and it's certainly not wheelchair-accessible. So, all things considered, I don't think I'll be returning to Ischia unless I find a beachfront hotel with breakfast and dinner at a decent price that won't cost me a kidney for the stay! 🤭🙄😳😉

25/08/2025: Good Ambiance, Not much product ( meat, Cheeses, pasta) overly priced my one obvious complaint was that I asked for the bill & mentioned to the gentleman is there gratuity included in the tab he said NO so I added10 % more but to my surprise once I had a chance to look at my receipt there was 21.00 Euro Coperto (3.00) each seven of very disappointing when you are sincere but taken advantage of , for that reason I would not recommend this establishment

12/10/2025: Wonderful food, impeccable service. All the staff were very attentive, especially Pietro, who served us very well! The restaurant is small, so it's best to arrive early or make a reservation. I highly recommend it!

12/10/2025: This is a restaurant you don’t want to pass up on. The food was incredible, the atmosphere amazing, and the wait staff blew my mind. Their attentiveness and attention to detail was that of a Michelin star restaurant. Our servers name was Pietro, and the enlightened energy that he exuded took our experience to an entirely new level. Request the balcony seat for two if available.

09/10/2025: I want to share my experience so everyone can know how wonderful it is to celebrate your events here. On Saturday, October 4, 2025, I celebrated my thirtieth birthday. The location, as usual, was impeccable. Dalma and her staff were very sweet and attentive to all my requests. The dining room staff were helpful, and I would especially like to mention Patrizia, a truly friendly and kind lady, almost as if she were part of the family. I felt at home, I was calm and happy because everything went as I wanted, from the food to the entertainment. I couldn't have chosen a better location, so much so that I received compliments from everyone. Thanks in particular to you, Dalma, and to all your staff. You are a bold and helpful woman. 13/10/2025: The service was lovely and the ambiance of the restaurant was nice. I really believe that the chef has great intentions and I love all the effort they put into their dishes - just for some reason it wasn’t hitting the spot. The bread and bread sticks were amazing! The olive oil was really good but we wanted access to the entire bottle (maybe we’re the problem). We ordered the amberjack which we thought was a bit overcooked and served on sweet potato mash (maybe). I LOVED the seafood risotto but the texture was off. Finally, we risked it and got the carpaccio cannolis - which was a weird flavor profile since it was just beef and lettuce. Also, they sat me next to the door that lead out to the outdoor patio which was really loud and was highly trafficked. I don’t think that’s a good spot for a table since every door slam I felt.

15/10/2025: Found this place from a recommendation from the salon a few doors down. Pizza and tiramisu was excellent ! Great taste ! Authentic Italy ! Family run business, we met the mother and the brothers that were working ! Super nice people ! Christian was out server the youngest son !!! Great place !

07/10/2025: I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is spectacular, the location incredible, and it has a unique charm and atmosphere. The service is even better, the waiters are kind, and so are the owners. It's worth it.

05/10/2025: A disgrace: the reception lady was extremely rude, exhausted, and rude to the guest! The room was from the 1920s and poorly maintained. The double beds are actually two single beds joined together. The headboard is falling down. The floor tiles are all broken. In the bathroom, a broken glass shower door. The shower handle was leaning against the wall when I turned on the shower, so that was also broken! The rooms smell of mold. When you arrive, the refrigerator is off, and after paying handsomely for the room, not even a single bottle of water is provided. But the lady's rudeness is what bothered us the most... presumptuous and rude, I urge you not to stay there!

20/10/2025: We had one of the greatest meals of our trip to Italy here. From the moment we walked in we were met with Lucia and Andre's impeccable hospitality. The wine is spectacular and food may be the best in all of Sorrento.

16/10/2025: Hard to describe the beauty of the food, the layers of flavors… 5 Star…. the amuse bouche was the perfect start to a roller coaster of layers of flavors throughout the meal. If you want a night of fine dining, please visit this charming restaurant on a side street by the train station!

06/09/2025: The atmosphere, though small, was ultimately welcoming. We had lunch; it was a hot day, and we could feel it even inside. Fortunately, or unfortunately, the door was open, and we suffered from the heat, especially at first... and the air conditioning wasn't on, or perhaps it wasn't working. We moved seats, and luckily it was a bit more airy. The food was good, the portions were adequate, and the price was ultimately fair. The service could be improved: the cutlery wasn't impeccably clean... but we had two forks, so we used the other one and didn't complain... because dishwashers aren't always impeccable. The dessert, for personal taste, wasn't the best; I'd give it a 3 out of 5, but the other dishes were good... 4/4.5 out of 5. The waitress was kind and helpful. Overall score: 4++
