A restaurant where we ate almost every day because it was right next to the accommodation, and the food and services were very good. The seafood is very fresh and the pizza is delicious but I also recommend the beef steak

A great experience. I tried their pizza on Saturday evening and was really satisfied. You can see a focus on the raw materials and excellent techniques and knowledge of the dough. Nice honeycomb structure and excellent cooking. A truly great product.

We found this restaurant just a few steps from our accommodation, and although it seems fairly modest at first glance, we trusted the reviews, AND WE DID WELL. The four of us all ordered different dishes, and we can't say what we disliked the most. The quality of the ingredients is undoubtedly excellent, evident in every dish. The wine is local, but of the highest quality. The waiter was very friendly and professional, and the prices were extremely reasonable. It's impossible to find such a good value for money in much of Italy. I'll definitely be back.

We had the seafood pasta. The wait was a bit longer, but it was absolutely worth it. The seafood pasta was incredibly delicious and a perfect end to our stay in San Lazzaro. It was excellent value for money and the portions were perfect. The service was very friendly. The bruschetta is unbeatable for the price. The wine recommendation was very good.

What can I say... location 10/10, service 10/10, food 10/10, price 10/10, and even free coffee!!! Here at Zi Matteo, just steps from the center of San Lazzaro, you'll find the best Agerola pizza in the world and delicious fresh fish, both fried and grilled! The young waiter (very friendly and lively) will welcome you with his big smile and make you feel at ease throughout the evening. See you soon, Zi Matteo :)

05/04/2026: It was hot sitting outside in the sun, the waitress noticed our struggles and kindly offered to move us to a table in the shade. Food came quickly. Generous portion of the club sandwich!

20/02/2026: Amazing pizza, from the dough to the cooking to the ingredients. The vegetarian options are original (but not as weird as they often are) and are every bit as good as the meat-based pizzas. Prices are fair for the quality. Efficient and courteous service.
18/02/2026: Recommended by my brother, I can only confirm what he told me: a truly elegant pizzeria. The atmosphere is intimate and the building is beautifully designed. Both the classic and double-baked dough are excellent. The choice to have a limited selection is very well thought out, with ingredients that pair perfectly. The desserts are delicious. Lastly, not having coffee is another perfect choice. Offering it just for the sake of it doesn't improve the quality, and they're right. To each their own. Finally, the service: the waiters and owner are impeccable and friendly. You have to go to this place!
