Nothing to complain about the quality of the products, a hundred times better than the world-famous competition, but as far as service goes, at least at this place on Corso Mazzini (not the others), it's definitely not up to par. They serve the customers who come after you, and the sandwiches are left on the counter with no waiter to take them to the table. Then, after half an hour of waiting, I got up and, seeing my sandwiches, asked why they were late, and they told me they were just arriving when they'd actually been cold for half an hour.

I've been wanting to go there for a long time, but I have to say I was disappointed. The sandwiches are good but not exceptional, and they're not as big as they were described. The staff is friendly, but the environment isn't very sanitized. The prices, especially considering the promotions, are good. Definitely worth a try, but don't expect the best.
