We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday here and it was a wonderful experience. The food was truly delicious, carefully prepared, and of high quality. The staff was very helpful, attentive, and kind throughout the evening, making us feel welcomed and cared for with great professionalism. A perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. The location is beautiful, the staff is kind and attentive. I imagined the spa would be a bit larger, but it's still very beautiful (the only flaw is the very loud and annoying noise from the large jet/waterfall in the main pool). The food is good, but still nothing that makes you say "wow."

We stayed at this truly wonderful hotel, from the reception staff to the waiters, from the housekeeping staff to the spa staff, everyone was so friendly and looked after you like a mother. Everything was super clean, it had a wonderful playroom for our little one, a beautiful spa, and the food was divine.

We stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a wonderful stay! The kindness and courtesy of the staff and Mr. Mario were impeccable. The food was delicious and plentiful; our every request was met. They also have a fantastic babysitting service; Francesca was super patient; my kids had a blast, and we were able to enjoy some alone time. And as a final touch, the impeccable cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel are very important; the rooms are always spotless, tidy, and smell great.
