12/05/2025: We were on Sunday 11 May 2025, we were in Lagonegro to tour some naturalistic places of interest and the town of the singer Pino Mango. We trusted the good reviews and we fully confirm the quality, kindness and availability in giving information on the local raw materials and on the singer Mango. I recommend it, you can eat very well and there is a choice of wine that you can pair with the land and sea menu.

25/02/2025: Marie-Cooking and Spirits Workshop- is a truly special restaurant. The welcome of Carmine, the owner, puts you at ease so much that you feel at home. Family-run and with professional and kind staff, this small restaurant makes truly super dishes!!! The menu ranges from seafood dishes to land dishes and nevertheless to lake dishes, the recipes vary according to the seasonality of the raw material, of excellent quality without a doubt. In the summer I recommend you book for a dinner by the lake, you will be enchanted by the atmosphere. The cellar is well stocked and if you are undecided about which wines to pair with your dishes, Carmine will find the solution, a great enthusiast who will definitely be able to advise you. The trout in BBQ sauce is an interesting dish to discover and the beetroot risotto is something delicious. I recommend the tasting menu to try a bit of everything, but if you're hungry, choose directly from the menu. Restaurant to try if you are in the area!

21/04/2025: Dopo un piccolo disguido iniziale sul pasto per celiaco, che hanno risolto egregiamente, ci siamo gustati un ottimo pranzo. Menù fisso trattandosi del giorno di Pasquetta, ma tutto ottimo con ripasso di alcune pietanze. Personale gentile e professionale. Locale pulito e tranquillo. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. Consigliato!

29/04/2025: Excellent pizza (both the classic Neapolitan and the one by the meter), kind and attentive staff. The fried foods are good. Fresh, non-frozen meat hamburger sandwich. Absolutely worth trying if you visit Castelmezzano

07/01/2025: I spent New Year's Eve here with my husband and two younger children. From the very beginning, upon our arrival, a wonderful panorama presented itself thanks also to the beautiful day we found. The owner and his wife were very kind and always present to give satisfaction. The rest of the staff were very attentive and kind. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, complete with everything needed and above all warm and adequately heated! The food was excellent! We stayed for the dinner and breakfast on January 1st. What can I say, all the food was of excellent quality and generous portions! We will gladly return also for the kindness and cordiality of the owners

04/05/2025: Pleasant experience during the May 1st long weekend. Abundant and delicious dishes (and it's something difficult to find around these days), super friendly and helpful staff, as well as a very suggestive location. Found it by accident but I recommend it. I will definitely return.

07/05/2025: Today, during our scooter trip to Maratea, my wife and I stopped at this café for a break. We decided to have a slice of pizza before the coffee, and unfortunately the disappointment was immediate. The slices were really tiny, but the main problem was the completely undercooked dough. We then ordered two coffees, served in cold cups, which certainly did not improve the experience. At the time of the bill, the most unwelcome surprise: for two tiny slices of pizza, two coffees and a half-liter bottle of water we were asked for a whopping €10. An exorbitant price, worthy of the most touristy places in Piazza Navona! The only positive aspect to report was the courtesy of the waitress, who was kind and helpful. It's a shame that his kindness couldn't make up for the poor quality of the food and the unjustified prices. I highly recommend this place. In Maratea there are certainly better alternatives where you can enjoy something good at more honest prices.

30/04/2025: Located in the main square of Maratea, it is a bar that is always open, from breakfast to evening. Excellent ice cream and excellent sandwich but, no less important, the kindness of Mrs. Antonella who convinced us to return the next day too ❤️

11/05/2025: This is the third time I've returned to Torii Sushi. The food is quality, prepared with fresh and delicious ingredients. I really appreciated the Lucanian influence in the dishes. This makes the cuisine at Torii special. The environment is very quiet, soft lights, excellent for enjoying a dinner for two. I don't recommend it for large tables! The only sore point which unfortunately forced me to give only two stars is the service. Since it's a Saturday night, there's probably more chaos, but in a place like this, which is high-quality and high-end, the customer, whatever he may be, should always be put first and not served hastily as if it were an "any restaurant". I really recommend reviewing some things, and improving the service because this place can really do more! 🫶🏻
