29/08/2024: I recently visited this place, attracted by the positive reviews that spoke of impeccable service and a refined atmosphere. On these two aspects, I must admit that expectations were fully met. The staff was extremely attentive and courteous, demonstrating rare professionalism. Each of our requests was handled with care and discretion, making the service one of the highlights of the evening. The restaurant environment is quiet and pleasantly refined, with elegant decor and background music that encourages conversation. Unfortunately, however, the sore point of our experience was the food. Expectations were high, but the dishes failed to meet them. The courses arrived well presented, but the flavors were rather disappointing. Despite the care taken in preparation, the taste did not live up to what was promised. In summary, a place that deserves attention for its customer care and welcoming environment, but which should review the quality of the food to offer a complete and satisfying experience.

29/08/2024: Decent appetizers, first courses not up to expectations, too long wait motivated by the preparation of homemade pasta. The flavors of the first course of anchovies did not combine with each other. The ricotta in the ravioli is too hard and grainy.

12/08/2024: Anniversary dinner. Very fresh fish, impeccable service, beautiful location, you can see the gulf. I recommend the fried fish. The wine and desserts are also excellent.

10/08/2024: Mediocre spaghetti with clams, good prawn and rocket appetizer. Excellent service and cleanliness. Bill a little salty, but with amends for an irrefutable "mistake"! Overall it is in line with the average of the restaurants in the area.

16/08/2024: Posto incantevole....sembra di stare su un lago svizzero ma con l'ospitalità lucana. Ho mangiato benissimo e speso il giusto ed anche se era la prima volta che ci andavamo i proprietari mi hanno offerto caffè amari e le due paste al pomodoro dei bimbi...otti.o tutto

14/08/2024: Unfortunately we tried to book by calling on Saturday for lunch on the following Sunday but we were unable to get in touch by telephone despite trying several times both on Saturday afternoon and Sunday (certainly a flaw in the organisation!!!!). On Sunday morning, seeing that we were near the cabin, we showed up in person, first checking the mobile number which was correct, but in any case we couldn't have lunch because they were fully booked and they also specified to me that they are equipped for a ''tour only'' i.e. they do not accept, for example, customers who arrive after the preparations in the kitchen have started!!!! But we won't give up and will try again....

21/07/2024: Historic restaurant at the foot of the Sellata Pierfaone ski slopes which prepares traditional Lucanian dishes also revisited. Kindness and friendliness of the staff. Fair prices.

01/08/2024: Pizzeria restaurant with slow food cuisine with local raw materials. Fast service and welcoming staff. We took the battered cod with bran pepper and very original aubergine parmigiana as an appetizer. As a first course, tonnarelli with rabbit ragù and cingoli with truly fantastic cruschi peppers and cacioricotta, accompanied by a rosé wine and freshly made focaccia. Absolutely worth returning

26/08/2024: Passing through Lagonegro I had dinner in this restaurant which was undoubtedly a pleasant surprise: Unusual, good and well-prepared dishes very kind staff excellent value for money.

15/08/2024: Restaurant recommended to me by my B&B owner. My family and I had dinner with typical dishes. The very kind waiter was also very nice with the children. At the end they offered us some divine cantucci and a superb fennel bitters. What can I say top restaurant.

31/08/2024: On the advice of a friend from Potenza, not being a local, but from Liguria, we went to the Roulette for dinner. We had such a good time that in one week we went there 3 times for dinner. Truly exquisite first courses, very good pizzas, excellent meat second courses, lots of choice and truly honest prices. Greetings from Liguria and we will not hesitate to return to dine at the roulette should we return to Basilicata.
