Instead of being a help for the people we want to book, it turned out to be pedantic and not agile or collaborative! Customer service should be a must in your establishment and it is non-existent! What a disappointment!

22/02/2024: We had lunch at Vincenzo's while passing through Potenza. The experience is absolutely unique, in a world, like today's, made of fast, industrialized and laboratory foods. Vincenzo offers poor, rustic cuisine, with traditional ingredients. It doesn't have a line, with set ingredients and a certain amount covered to be made at all costs. It's as if you go to visit a relative, who knows how to shop and cook, and who says to you: "Listen, I have this to consume. Would you like if I cut out the pasta and eat it?". Menu spoken orally, a chat with the innkeeper in the ancient way; you eat, you get up, you pay the right amount and you leave, aware that places like this practically don't exist anymore and that there are even fewer people who appreciate such genuine experiences.

10/03/2024: Dopo diverse esperienze non fa altro che riconfermarsi il nostro ristorante di sushi preferito. I proprietari sono molto e sanno come guidarti nel percorso gastronomico. Roll fantastici fantastici,molto affascinante è l’ accostamento della tradizione giapponese con quella lucana. Carta dei vini molto dettagliata e dolci superlativi.

17/02/2024: The evening did not live up to the prestige it boasts! Room completely dark. Unfortunately very disappointing service, really slow, but also the food. The “waiters” (if they can be called that) did not wear any uniform; even if the family or owners of the place do not present a very professional image. The food arrived very late and was really nothing special, I would dare say almost unpleasant, my husband and I were even slightly sick. The bill was done without giving the receipt with the details of the order, in fact according to our accounts we had to pay at least €20 less. My husband avoided replying to avoid protesting in public. I will not return, I do not recommend.

03/02/2024: Pizza tra le migliori, se non la migliore, provata a Potenza. Impasto ottimo e ingredienti di qualità. Servizio e cordialità buoni, prezzi nella media. Unico neo, se così vogliamo definirlo, è che si trova un pochino fuori mano a livello di posizione, essendo fuori potenza e dando sulla superstrada. Però i parcheggi sono ampi.
