I'm not exaggerating when I say it's extraordinary: truly exceptional. Over 600 labels, nearly 9,000 bottles, a selection crafted with care and passion. The wine cellar, with its exclusive vault, has been renovated with class, elegance, and functionality, and is a charming place located just below the kitchen. Sommelier Gabriele Sonnessa expertly and kindly guides you in choosing the right wine for each dish, creating perfect pairings that enhance everything. The service is impeccable: the wait staff has a rare grace, they are kind, helpful without being intrusive. You can tell they love what they do and want their guests to enjoy themselves. There's class, professionalism, and above all, heart. The Sonnessa family deserves every compliment. They've built a place where rural tradition meets gastronomic excellence, and the Michelin recognition they've received confirms they're doing things right. If I had to sum it up: superb food, exceptional wine cellar, perfect service, family atmosphere. A total top score without hesitation. I will definitely return, and I recommend it to everyone.
