20/01/2024: We were highly recommended to have dinner at this place, so after booking we went here with high expectations. We were welcomed with great professionalism by the staff. Professionalism that proved to be ephemeral during the dinner, as there were organizational shortcomings such as the excessive wait for our courses (approximately 1 hour) even though there was little turnout in the restaurant. When the pizza arrived, while eating it, we realized that the dough was raw and that it lacked salt, making it difficult to digest. For the rest, very nice place, impeccable cleanliness and service, as already mentioned, slow but helpful. Would I go back? No, as I also left written on the plate, with the raw edges of the pizza.

02/11/2023: According to the internet, this pizza shop is open. So we arrived at 4 p.m. We wanted to order 2 different pizzas. Answer from the first employee: Pizza is only available from 5 p.m.! He doesn't care that it says otherwise on the internet - that's just the way it is. So we wait on the street for an hour. Come back at 5 p.m. and want a menu from the employee. Answer from the 2nd employee: there are none -> scan the QR code. We scan and see: there are only oversized, round pizzas from 18-25€, pretty expensive! However, we wanted 2 different normal pizzas and had already said so at 4 p.m. Answer from the second employee: from 5 p.m. there are only large pizzas pressed into a cake baking tray. Normal Neapolitan pizzas are only available from 6 p.m. However, we could now have a large baking sheet family pizza. What's the point, we're only 2 people! We don't understand any of this. The oven (not a wood-burning oven, just electrically heated) is hot. The dough and the side dishes are ready in front of us. But the staff is only able to make round, regular, standard-sized pizzas and put them in the oven from 6 p.m. Conclusion: 1. The prices are completely overpriced. You can also go to a restaurant or pizzeria (there would be service, tablecloths and cloth napkins, etc.). There is none of that here, just small white wooden tables and chairs in an unsightly, cold side room. 2. The staff (2 young employees) is very unfriendly and makes no effort to respond to us (German/English/French-speaking) 2 Germans. They seem annoyed (what does a tourist want here?) and only speak quickly in Italian. Summary: Foreign tourists and vacationers should avoid this pizza shop (although the other reviews from Italian customers are not bad). Expensive, unfriendly and unwilling to respond to strangers... you don't have to put up with that.
