Top marks for the quality of the food and dishes. Recommended.
31/12/2025: Excellent food! The service too, aside from the wine served directly by the glass. I'm not sure what I drank, but overall my blend wasn't bad... the pure Aglianico, on the other hand, was a 5--! I'd definitely go back! The chef is truly talented!

23/12/2025: I found this restaurant by chance and it was a wonderful surprise. All the dishes are traditional local dishes, and in some cases, they've been beautifully reinterpreted by chef Silvana. For those like me who love the flavors and aromas of Italian cuisine, this is an absolute must-visit. A special mention also goes to Mimmo, who is incredibly kind and helpful.

High praise also goes to the owner Gabriele, always attentive, professional, and capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere where you immediately feel at home.
Special thanks to the curly-haired waitress Paola: kind, smiling, super helpful, and truly excellent at her job. Her way of welcoming guests makes all the difference and makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended in every way. I will definitely be back!
23/12/2025: A truly positive experience! Gabriele welcomed us with extreme kindness and professionalism, while his brother in the kitchen creates truly unique dishes! I highly recommend the egg and their parmigiana among the appetizers ✨ excellent selection of wines, even for tastings.

12/12/2025: During a weekend in Maratea, I had dinner at Cesare. A restaurant serving traditional seafood. The food was fresh and well-cooked. Good value for money. I highly recommend it. It's open on Mondays, which is a plus.

13/01/2026: Coming from the Amazon, we were craving some fresh sushi. But there was not really anything worthwhile in the old city center which encouraged us to seek further afield.
And thank goodness we did!!
Shibumi is a delight and surprise - in a sea of overly cheesed or cooked sushi around the world, Shobumi is a testament to the art of traditional sushi with a chefs twist and Ecuadorian influence. We tried one of the set menus and were blown away by the quality of the fish, the clean citrus flavors and variety.
Coming from NYC and eating sushi at least once a week, this holds up among some of the best out there - highly recommend.

30/12/2025: I went to D-Food in Lavello and I have to say it was an incredible experience. I tried the Murtadell burgers and also the Mac N'sacc: truly 10/10. The meat and flavors were super balanced, everything was perfectly made, and the quality was evident at first bite.
The fries were also really, really good: crispy, flavorful, and perfect with the burgers.
I'm from Germany, and honestly, there are very few burger shops that can match this level. Everything was truly super, super, super delicious. I'll definitely be back—highly recommended!

11/10/2025: We arrive in the evening in this town that feels a bit like the end of the world, after many hours of travel and having taken a wrong turn.
But... in this place at the end of the world, there's a place where the pizza is truly THE END OF THE WORLD!
DELICIOUS!!!
It's been years since we've eaten pizza like this!
19/09/2025: The place is simple, and the wait was a bit long, considering the pizzeria wasn't crowded at all when we arrived. But I'm still giving it 5 stars because the waitress is very kind and the pizza is superb.

12/10/2025: Very friendly staff. We arrived late (around 4 PM), but they welcomed us kindly. The food was plentiful and tasty, the food was quick, and the service was truly excellent. The set menu was excellent value, and to top it off, they even offered us free coffee. Recommended!

22/09/2025: We ate wonderfully, from the appetizers (the grilled pecorino was fabulous) to the first courses, not to mention the arrosticini and the Flintstones steak. The house dessert was also delicious. The price was a pleasant surprise!
