28/08/2025: Delicious pizza 😍 I love the one with creamy potatoes and sausage! Nice place... unfortunately, however, the last time I was there they made us sit outside. We ate and then asked for something else but they made it clear to us in a very unkind way that it wasn't possible as they had to seat other people waiting (a family)... they had probably booked but had forgotten.... We didn't like this behavior at all... in fact, we won't be back again! The only shame is that we liked the pizza... As for the rest, we will definitely find better elsewhere!

The pepperoni 🌶️, briefly fried in oil, is a delicacy, like chips. But it also tastes divine on top of the food. I find the whole idea of ​​how they do it charming. Keep it up.

26/11/2025: Lanterna Verde, in the heart of Trecchina, is a place that manages to combine the welcoming atmosphere of an osteria with the attention to detail of a restaurant and the versatility of a pizzeria. The menu is wide and varied, with carefully presented dishes and an almost gourmet touch, making the experience enjoyable from the very first glance. The portions aren't particularly generous, but the quality more than makes up for it. I didn't have the chance to try the pizza, but watching it being passed around the tables nearby, it looked truly inviting, well-leavened and packed with fresh ingredients. I opted for the meat, which was tender and flavorful, accompanied by simple but well-prepared side dishes. The cod fillet was also excellent, tender, delicate, and cooked with great balance of flavors. The deconstructed cake served at the end of the meal was a pleasant surprise, delicious without being heavy. The service was courteous and helpful, with attentive but never intrusive staff. Overall, Lanterna Verde is a place worth a visit: a refined restaurant with well-crafted dishes and a relaxing atmosphere. It deserves four stars, and I'm eager to return to finally try the pizza.

14/11/2025: And finally, after years and those four or five times I've been there, I'm writing my review. It'll be hard to go back because I moved away from Puglia, but I love the Pollino area and I've been there a lot. The pizza, meat, and porcini mushrooms were amazing. I still remember the first time we stopped in, having a beer with my wife, they brought us a plate of battered cod... Fantastic! And it really felt like home. I really hope they never change, but I'm sure they will because they do their job with love. I really hope to return one day.

16/11/2025: During a short tour of Basilicata, my brother and I stopped in Senise, home of the crusco pepper, and we really liked the Calycanthus restaurant, appreciating the delicious dishes, courtesy and location, it certainly deserves 5 stars.

15/11/2025: I had a bit of a shock when paying the bill after eating a mini appetizer and a first course with local wine, accompanied by a local who knew the place. I conclude that it's true that we'll never grow up in Basilicata. I'm giving it one star because at least one is needed. Bye friends.

12/10/2025: Very friendly staff. We arrived late (around 4 PM), but they welcomed us kindly. The food was plentiful and tasty, the food was quick, and the service was truly excellent. The set menu was excellent value, and to top it off, they even offered us free coffee. Recommended!

17/11/2025: In the center of Venosa, a small, well-appointed restaurant with rustic decor, yet clean and welcoming. The service was quick, but the staff's descriptions were a bit confusing. The appetizers were, fortunately, very good. The first courses were good and beautifully presented, while the second courses were plentiful and well-prepared. The appetizers were in the fine Lucanian tradition, and the cured meats and cheeses were exquisite. A word of advice to the staff: be more helpful and precise in the descriptions of the dishes; your work is important. We'll be back.

I visited Singapore Sling and was impressed by the combination of excellent cocktails and fresh seafood. The atmosphere is elegant but not too formal, ideal for both an aperitif with friends and a more refined dinner. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable: a warm welcome, wine recommendations, and well-mixed cocktails. The value for money is good considering the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail. Small tip: if you love raw seafood or a good selection of cocktails, this is probably one of the best places in the city for this type of experience.
