01/01/2025: Il mangiare ottimo, lo staff gentile e professionali, anche la location gradevole. Un ambiente elegante, ma non pretenzioso.

09/12/2024: Per la prima volta siamo stati in questo meraviglioso locale per una cena in famiglia e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! Partendo dall’ampio parcheggio antistante la struttura, ci si ritrova subito in un giardino ben curato che circonda il ristorante. Le luci soffuse che illuminano le pietre delle facciate creano una gradevole atmosfera. Entrando nel locale ci si ritrova in una grande sala elegante e raffinata, mentre una scala porta ad un’altra sala al piano superiore. La professionalità e la gentilezza del personale ci ha accompagnati durante tutta la cena. Abbiamo potuto gustare piatti estremamente curati e siamo rimasti catturati dai sapori di una cucina di altissima qualità. Ogni piatto, che ci è stato piacevolmente “raccontato” dal cordialissimo personale di sala, è stato un trionfo di delicati sapori! La Cantina dei vini è molto ben fornita ed anche i dolci sono a dir poco strepitosi…. insomma posso affermare che il Ristorante Sotto la Torre sia stata sicuramente una scelta eccellente per la nostra cena di famiglia!

14/02/2025: Excellent restaurant located in a village in the Lucanian mountains, in Anzi. Welcoming, clean, kind, professional. Food from "once upon a time", accompanied by generous wine, all in a relaxing environment. Prices.....very low. I recommend it to all those who pass through these places.

11/02/2025: The trusted restaurant that always offers quality dishes! The restaurant offers a variety of typical Lucanian dishes, typical Anzi dishes all cooked with great passion. The simple and refined cuisine is one of the qualities that pushes guests to return. The environment is modern, the room is colorful and is always very clean. The staff is kind and attentive to guests' requests, especially in case of intolerances or allergies. If you pass by Anzi it is an obligatory stop.

I gave 5 stars not because of the affection that binds me to the whole team but because it is truly a special place where tradition and professionalism reign supreme. Blery, Rocco, Maddalena and Angelo are exquisite people like the food they offer. Always smiling, accommodating and helpful. The food was impeccable. The environment is nice and clean. In short, a place to experience

16/03/2025: ... We were passing through Maratea, we noticed this restaurant with a beautiful terrace and breathtaking views and we decided to have lunch here... Recommended by the owner we had paccheri cacio e pepe with raw prawns, after almost 40 minutes of waiting the dish arrived overcooked and cold, it was inedible, so we gave up the second course for the departure but it was also worth it because two first courses with a high price which then allowed the paccheri to be counted on the plate... strongly not recommended

13/03/2025: Beautiful place with a view of the port of Maratea. We trusted the staff's advice and ate divinely. Exquisite octopus, delicious cod and ravioli (super recommended) to die for! The owner proved to be knowledgeable and very friendly. Super recommended place.

15/02/2025: 02/14/2025 I'll make a premise, it's not the first time I've gone to this place, I've been there and I've also encouraged others to go. My disappointment was on the occasion of Valentine's Day where the atmosphere was like any other day, unlike the price which was increased by 30% for the occasion, for the wines further disappointment after choosing the wine we liked we are told there wasn't an open bottle of what we had chosen, so we had to take the whole bottle. Which to date I don't know about in any establishment, if someone takes two glasses of wine you tell me choose the wine, the two glasses must be of the chosen wine.

08/02/2025: We chose Terre di Gaudio - Cucina e Ruralità to organize a special dinner with relatives and friends the evening before our wedding, completely relying on Mauro's professionalism. From the beginning, we were guided with great competence in organizing the event, and the result was extraordinary. The attention to detail, care for every aspect of the evening and impeccable hospitality left us speechless. The location is enchanting, surrounded by greenery, and contributed to creating a magical and evocative atmosphere. The guests were enthusiastic about everything: from the impeccable service to the quality of the food, which was able to combine the flavors of the Lucanian tradition with a refined gourmet-style presentation. We made a great impression, and seeing the satisfaction on the faces of friends and relatives was the greatest gift. Thank you very much to all the staff for making this evening unforgettable!

We returned today, 10 December 2024, I confirm the more than positive opinion on the dishes and the service. I think it's an excellent place to eat. Trovata per caso ci andremo nuovamente, senz altro, pur non essendo di quella regione, ma la prossima volta che andremo in basilicata sicuramente sarà lì che pranzeremo. Educazione e cordialità per poi finire e non per ultimo, alla qualità della carne mangiata! Patatine fresche non surgelate e un tiramisù fatto da loro superbo! Ultimissimo aspetto favorevole, non per me però: AMANO I NOSTRI AMICI A QUATTRO ZAMPE, la mia oggi ha mangiato un ottima carne. Bravi! Buon lavoro ❣️

14/01/2025: We were with friends for lunch on January 12th, the persistent snow blocked the electrical switches throughout the area... but these guys guaranteed lunch for everyone despite the thousand difficulties and inconveniences they had, delicious dishes, excellent service, right account.... despite, I repeat, all the inconveniences they have had. 10+ Well done everyone!!
