02/05/2026: The hospitality and staff were amazing. We had the best pizza ever, so much so that we were curious and returned the next day for lunch. It was an excellent choice, as the first courses were also top-notch. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to visit.

26/04/2026: I visited this pizzeria with fairly high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several ways. The pizza was rubbery and unpleasant to eat, a sign of dough that likely wasn't well-worked or cooked properly. To make matters worse, the service: the owner was unfriendly and, to every question, responded in an annoyed manner, creating a less than welcoming atmosphere. I understand that there can be bad days, but when you work in front of the public, a little kindness really makes a difference. I hope they can improve both the quality of the pizza and the customer service.

01/03/2026: I did a month traveling around Italy recently and eat in some wonderful restaurants from the North to South and East to West. This was up there with the best, fabulous food and a lovely atmosphere. Unique favours and a one I'll never forget.

21/04/2026: A good restaurant for pizza, fish, and meat. It also serves local dishes. Not a huge restaurant. Good prices.

06/04/2026: We had a large group of people eat there, the wait was minimal, and the food was served promptly. The food was excellent, from the fries and fish to the pasta and pizza, and even the desserts. A wonderful experience.

23/04/2026: It was the only place open at night, yet we have been greeted politely by the owners, received excellent service to be seated in the room across the path. Any item we ordered was served pretty quickly and we didn't expect how good it was. Pizza was really delicious, think crust. Fresh ingredients, lovely mozzarella. 10/04/2026: On the way back, we stopped at a roadside shop. It turns out the shop doesn't open until 12 o'clock, but the owner, seeing how pitiful we were, opened an hour early so we could eat. It was delicious!

05/12/2025: The people here were so nice to me. I only know a few words of Itlian and they were more than happy to take a little time to help me. The pizza was fantastic and they will make it to go for you. If your don't speak Italian don't worry they are very nice. Just make sure you know how to say thank you.

13/01/2026: I went there alone for a business dinner. Overall, everything was good. Friendliness was paramount. I had a mixed roast with salad; I expected different dishes, but overall, it was good.

04/04/2026: As a true Bari native who has stayed in Lagopesole, I can honestly say that "Lo Sfizio" is better than a Michelin-starred restaurant. Absolutely 5 stars!

29/03/2026: I recently dined at Pizzeria Ristorante La Roulette and was satisfied. I ordered the Pizza Giovanni, one of the most generous offerings on the menu: tomato, buffalo mozzarella, potatoes, sausage, porcini mushrooms, and speck, all at a moderate price. It's an excellent combination of well-balanced local flavors, with the buffalo mozzarella making the difference and the sausage adding character. To accompany it, a medium draft lager beer, cool and beautifully served, perfect for cleansing the palate between bites. The menu is truly extensive and caters to all tastes: from starters and main courses, to classic red pizzas and more elaborate white pizzas, including calzones and panuozzi, there's plenty to choose from, all at fair prices.

27/04/2026: We arrived without a reservation on Saturday evening, April 25th, and the place was packed. They welcomed us anyway and served us a delicious dinner with traditional appetizers (excellent quality) and a spectacular pizza with Neapolitan dough (easy to digest) and delicious toppings...all at a truly reasonable price! We'll definitely keep this in mind when we return to Senise. Thank you.
