Il menu' proposto dallo Chef riesce a farti viaggiare nel mondo del gusto facendoti vivere sensazioni piacevoli con una continua esaltazione del palato. Sara' un piacere ritornarci. Credo che consigliarlo a chiunque sia di passaggio a Matera sia il " minimo". Complimenti.

06/01/2025: Don't let the name fool you, the place is not a tavern but a real restaurant, with a discreetly elegant atmosphere, punctual and accurate service, extremely professional and polite staff and a varied and expertly prepared culinary offering: abundant and very tasty dishes , with traditional local dishes ranging from varied appetizers to a wide choice of first and second courses, not to mention the very special desserts and the excellent selection of wines. Absolutely honest prices, indeed I would say almost competitive in relation to quality and quantity. Absolutely recommended...!!!

31/12/2024: What a disappointment! Booking well in advance and not being able to eat anything simply because the booked table was BUSY. What can I say? They made the excuse that they work and we were rude to leave after an hour of waiting for a table booked twenty days before. Madhouse stuff

25/12/2024: I was completely satisfied with my experience at "Ristorante di Fiore". From the moment we entered, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, always available to satisfy every need with a smile. The service was quick, but never made us feel rushed. Moving on to the food, each dish was a true masterpiece. The raw materials were very fresh, and you could clearly feel the attention paid to the choice of ingredients.

18/11/2024: La qualità dei prodotti era ottima ed il prezzo corretto. Ottimo per belle tavolate, visto l'ambiente molto grande e posizionato su un bel posto. Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, complimenti, tutta la vostra zona con la vostra cortesia ed il vostro paesaggio, merita tantissimo, inoltre sapete trattare bene i turisti sia con i vostri prodotti locali, sia per prezzi giusti che offrite.

16/10/2024: White seafood tagliolini with absolutely no flavour, hard and uncooked tentacles. Also tasted the ones with sauce: nothing special. Starters arrived absolutely not simultaneously for the 4 people at the table. White wine arrived almost warm, only cooling down later in the basket. Expensive dishes and often with frozen products. Absolutely not recommended.

27/08/2024: Helpful and very kind staff. My children had fun with treetop courses and lasertag (new attraction just launched). There are also other proposals. Among the new features is also the trampoline for the little ones. My daughter had a lot of fun. Perfect location for a family day with the possibility of booking tables with barbecue. For the lazy ones or simply for those who want to be served and just want to relax there is a restaurant/bar right above the park (you can get there on foot) highly recommended!!!

And all this in a rustic structure surrounded by nature and the centuries-old charm of the Cirigliano forest. .... A big thank you to Giacomo who has been managing this company for years and above all he puts up with us... Go and eat there without hesitation.

09/09/2024: Lido located in a protected natural reserve in Metaponto. All around are expanses of sand, a truly beautiful discovery, spacious between one umbrella and another, guaranteed relaxation. Restaurant with good food and a well-stocked bar 👍

The menu is made from top quality raw materials accompanied by refined labels that make the culinary journey a real experience. To say that we had a good time is really an understatement. 20/10/2024: I don't understand why people don't leave reviews when they feel good about a place. We were there during our visit to Matera, they were special, great professionals both in the dining room and in the kitchen, experience to spare and above all in such a particular city. The title could be pampering at will without ever being exaggerated. What class!!!

08/12/2024: We ate yesterday at this tavern and I must say that we were very impressed. Very kind waiters, quick and friendly service and typical traditional Matera dishes done very well. It is not located in the tourist area, in fact the customers were mostly people from the area. As mentioned above, very positive experience. Advised
