We just had a lovely meal at Bell’Agio! From the beautiful setting of an authentic Sassi to the warm welcome to the professional and attentive service to the exquisite food —everything was perfect! We had the vitellone al tonno for antipasta; entrees were the pork filet (can’t remember the Italian name for this dish) with grilled vegetables and spaghettone con alicia e limone (pasta with anchovies and lemon). Dessert was the nougat ice cream with gianduia sauce followed by noccio digestivo and the connolo followed by grappa. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend a dinner at Bell’Agio when you’re in Matera!

Fantastic experience we ate very well! The lamb steak, the black pork fillet and the mussels and beans pasta are excellent. Also mention the excellent desserts. Absolutely recommended.
