29/11/2024: Ottimo pane: mangiato appena sfornato è insuperabile. Unico panificio al centro di Matera che fa il pane "in loco" come anche le focacce e tutti gli altri prodotti. Un po' lenti nel servizio

14/11/2024: Siamo andati in questo forno perchè STORICO. Eravamo insieme ad altri clienti, il pane di Matera, quello alto era finito, così abbiamo preso quello basso, volevamo prendere i taralli, ma non c'era l'etichetta e non li ho presi. Ho pagato con la 10 euro e la signora acidamente mi ha detto che non aveva spiccioli per cambiare e se venivano altri clienti non poteva dare il resto! Sono rimasta basita!!! Erano 10 euro alle 5 del pomeriggio!!! Poi mentre stavo andando via ho visto uno dei clienti prendere i taralli senza etichetta e pagarli 5 euro, senza sapere ingredienti e peso!!! Il pane è buonissimo, ed è durato diversi giorni,ma l'EDUCAZIONE PRIMA DI TUTTO!!! SCONSIGLIATO!!!

18/12/2024: A pranzo con un gruppo di amici, abbiamo scelto questo posto, consigliati da un'amica locale. A volte nei paesini si nascondono delle perle rare e sconosciute ai più. Ambiente informale a gestione familiare. Personale gentilissimo ( hanno permesso anche al nostro cagnolino di entrare servendolo prima di tutti) Ma la cosa spettacolare è stato il cibo. Siamo partiti con una carrellata di antipasti caldi e freddi, tutto stagionale e a km0. Poi primi che sembravano usciti dalla cucina della nonna. Secondi di ottima carne e dolci fatti in casa che valevano il pranzo! Ultimo, ma non per importanza, l'eccezionale rapporto qualità- prezzo Abbiamo pagato una fesseria per la qualità e la quantità ( comprese anche le due bottiglie di ottimo aglianico e i digestivi e caffè offerti). Insomma CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!

08/12/2024: Small place with a few tables but very welcoming, 5 of us had lunch, starter, first course, second course, dessert, bitters and coffee, we paid 30 euros per person Everything delicious from starters to desserts, home cooking, like eating at home

18/12/2024: Our "food" was a glass of wine :) but the restaurant has a wonderful view of Sassi, so it's hard not to recommend spending a few moments there sipping wine and enjoying the view.

04/11/2024: Homemade baking is still done here. The woman who served us was very nice and made pistachio croissants especially for us upon request. In general there is a great selection of baked goods. We would come back anytime if we are in Matera.

16/05/2024: Spectacular croissants...maybe if you put in a few more workers at night it wouldn't be bad...because the case and filling are not hygienic...and the wait is long...otherwise the croissant is exceptional

25/11/2024: Una location meravigliosa in una delle più belle piazze di Matera, nel sasso Caveoso. Cibo tradizionale preparato in modo eccellente da Filomena, la cuoca che ha preso da sua madre piatti e ingredienti e li ha trasformati in pietanze gourmand. Assolutamente da provare. Grazia B.

30/11/2024: Siamo stati qui in 6. Terrazza bellissima con vista pazzesca. Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno dato anche delle coperte per il freddo e poi spostati vicino ai funghi riscaldanti. Io ho preso una cioccolata calda con dei biscottini buonissimi che ci hanno offerto, gli altri hanno preso del vino e aperitivo. Stranamente nonostante fosse il ponte dell 8 dicembre eravamo solo noi. Prezzi anche bassi per ciò che offre (es. cioccolata 5€). La consiglio assolutamente!

30/10/2024: Das ist ein Top Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Manager Vito leitete uns durch einen genussvollen Abend. Dieses Restaurant ist wirklich eine Empfehlung!!!

04/01/2025: Generous portions and excellent flavours, typical restaurant with friendly and very professional staff. I recommend trying their pizza but above all the dish with chicory and broad beans in a bread crust, exceptional, with a very scenic presentation. Absolutely must try!!!!
