05/11/2025: I stopped by chance for a quick lunch. The place is beautiful and accessible. There's ample street parking and an adjacent parking lot. The food is excellent, and the service is indeed fast and excellent. Perhaps the initial impression could have been better, in the sense that having never been there before, I wasn't sure how it worked. They didn't neglect me; I just arrived at peak traffic. That's why I wrote MAYBE. Of course, during peak times, one can put in all their effort, but it still becomes difficult. Excellent work. I'll definitely return every time I'm in the area.

06/04/2026: I am so surprised to find such delicious pastry while I was walking towards bus station. I definitely want to come back again!

30/05/2026: Save yourself from disappointment and avoid this cafe. Ordered a simple caffe espresso and it was served after more than 10-15 minutes. It tasted burnt. I have had so many espressos in Italy but this one disappointment. The cappuccino was just milk slathered all over the coffee. So much time for such mid coffee.

24/05/2026: This place is always a good choice. The food is excellent, from sushi to sandwiches to tapas. The staff is friendly, and service can be slower on weekends when it's busier, but it's nothing excessive (it's worth the wait!). Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: I'll start by telling you about the super welcome... Impeccable service, very hospitable, always available... Let's talk about the flavor of their products. There's no need for long words, just stop by and try their meat... They have a wide selection, from carpaccio to tartar, many delicious things like pistachio bombette with truffles and much more... the ribs or the slices on lava stone taste impeccable... A place worth returning to, in fact, I'm coming back with large tables... See you next time, girls, but it won't be long now ❤️❤️❤️❤️

24/12/2025: A nice small restaurant in Matera center amongst the touristic areas. The food was quite tasty and the people were super friendly. Considering the touristic nature of the place the restaurants are quite pricy you pay more invariably and this place is similar. Considering that they serve authentic local Cuisines and food was good it is recommended.

05/10/2025: Super nice and super delicious! We had the orecchiette al ragu and tagliolini al tartufo lucano. I really don't understand the negative reviews! I would definitely come back here!

23/05/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch, with a wide selection of first courses, second courses, and side dishes at a very reasonable price. The focaccia and bread were excellent! Very friendly staff.

11/12/2025: We stumbled upon Piaceri dell’Arrosto on the recommendation of locals. The location is immersed in nature, amidst the chirping of birds and the surrounding trees. The staff is courteous and friendly, not to mention the dishes, plentiful and excellent. I don't eat meat, but, despite the name, they have several vegetarian options, from appetizers to first courses. I'll definitely be back!
