06/12/2025: A cozy and welcoming little restaurant just outside the historic center, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the bar famous for its krumiri. Friendly staff, quick service. Good breadsticks, delicious agnolotti, and a very pleasant tartare, including the egg yolk sauce, which went very well. Recommended if you're passing through Casale. Very fair bill, excellent value.

06/12/2025: Fabulous lunch! I rarely give 5 stars, but I think in this case they're all deserved. Everything was consistent, and yet it continued to amaze me: the location, the decor, the dishes, the food, the service... I could go on, except that lunch was quite short due to my commitments. 26/10/2025: The restaurant is divided into several areas, including an outdoor area, which is pleasant even in early autumn. The interior is homey and well-maintained. The food is delicious; you absolutely must try their raw meat, risotto, Russian salad, rump steak, and everything else. Cooking on soapstone, besides being spectacular, makes the meat very tasty. The Bra sausage is also excellent.

09/11/2025: This spaghetti restaurant in Manera was a pleasant discovery. The place isn't very big, but the owner, even though we hadn't called ahead, managed to get us a meal. The appetizers are very generous. The real highlight, of course, are the first courses: a choice of penne, fusilli, and spaghetti, followed by agnolotti, gnocchi, and tagliatelle. But the gluten-free pasta is a must-have. Before choosing your sauces, you need to decide on your portion: regular (200g), small (100g), or generous (300g) for those who want to roll out the door. The sauces are varied: meat-based, fish-based, vegetarian, unusual, and creamy, all at more than fair prices. We tried the tagliatelle alla norma, the Aida gnocchi with stracchino, chopped pistachios, and gorgonzola, and the nocino agnolotti with fontina, chopped hazelnuts, cream, and tomato. Regular portions are already generous, delicious, and, above all, easy to digest! To round out our fabulous meal, we ordered a homemade cake called "nocciotella," made with sponge cake filled with hazelnut cream and hazelnuts, served warm. I love hazelnuts, and I can say it was amazing! Kudos to the service, delivered with simplicity and professionalism, making you feel at ease. Kudos to the friendliness, quality, helpfulness, and cleanliness. We'll definitely be back with friends, but this time we'll book ahead.

25/10/2025: Whenever possible, we stop at this spaghetti restaurant in Benevello. Always a guarantee, with superb dishes and a wide selection of sauces and pastas. Highly recommended.

09/11/2025: A very beautiful and well-maintained restaurant, with a lovely terrace where we ate. Excellent food, an ideal place for those wanting to try typical Piedmontese dishes. We recommend the mixed appetizers (see photo). The waiters were extremely kind, professional, and always smiling; it was a real pleasure! The only downside is that the menu is listed directly at your table, which can be a bit confusing given the large number of first and second courses. Furthermore, this way, you don't know the actual price of the dishes.

26/11/2025: This restaurant deserves a 5-star rating because some of the dishes on the menu are works of art and are excellent. Don't miss the slow-cooked veal cheek. This is a classy place with excellent staff. The chef is a down-to-earth but capable and knowledgeable person.

20/11/2025: We were truly disappointed with this restaurant, if you can call it that, because it seemed more like a trattoria to me, and a low-end one at that. The service was terrible, one of the worst I've seen in recent years. The menu was truly ridiculous, with dishes reminiscent of the '80s, but only in appearance; the taste was terrible. The final bill was almost €60 each for a terrible meal and a glass of wine each that wasn't even good. I strongly advise against it; don't go there. Not to mention the quality/price ratio, among the worst I've seen in the city.

16/11/2025: A truly comfortable and quiet atmosphere, with excellent service. There are only a few tables, so you can converse without raising your voice. The wine cellar offers a good selection, although the variety of dishes isn't that extensive. But it's worth it.

26/10/2025: Dinner for two: We introduced ourselves and, after a somewhat slow and unkind welcome, we were asked to don our jackets. These were then placed on two chairs roughly in the center of the room, and after dropping them, they were placed back on the aforementioned chairs, where they remained until the end of the dinner. We ordered and asked for glasses of wine; we were told that another employee would take care of us, but the dishes arrived without even being able to order the wine. My girlfriend was brought a glass with broken corks; she asked for a change, and was handed a dirty one. I ordered the Albese for the first course. I should point out that I'm used to dining at restaurants of this caliber, and I understand that it should be a tasting, but it was an à la carte dish, and receiving a slice of Albese the size of a five-euro bill was truly absurd. Afterwards, I ordered the risotto, which arrived cold. Dessert was fine. At checkout, not a word was said to ask how things had gone. We paid and went to retrieve our jackets, which had been left on the chairs. Objectively, one expects much, much more from restaurants that claim to be of this caliber. In Turin, there are decidedly better alternatives in this price range.
