06/03/2024: Dopo un po' di tempo sono tornato in questo locale; il livello è sempre altissimo tanto nel servizio quanto nella cucina… La qualità, la presentazione, la location e la professionalità si pagano... quindi il conto non è certo economico ma nel contesto assolutamente corretto.

05/04/2024: Went on Easter Monday, how wonderful. Happy to have discovered it, I can't wait to go back also to try the rooms. Beautiful, welcoming restaurant, with a breathtaking view, there were 9 of us, not even a few, and they served us with such attention and quality. There is no point in talking about the dishes because they were delicious from start to finish, including dessert. Small mention of the meringue egg, wonderful, then fillet with egg on top, octopus with squid ink, delicious desserts to finish on a high note. Nothing to say, it was a magnificent day, they absolutely deserve the maximum score, they made a day of celebration pleasant for us, they know how to do their job very well. We thank you, we will see you again very soon. You were kind and welcomed us like home. Thanks thanks thanks.

11/03/2024: I went on Saturday 9th March to celebrate my birthday with 15 people, impeccable service for everyone, the dishes arrived at the same time, delicious food, amazing duck... very helpful even for extras, they had my cake made by a trusted pastry shop. ...raisin wine and chocolate...sensational....all topped off with a fabulous visit to the Langhe....highly recommended....

04/04/2024: It was one of my favorite restaurants, I hadn't been there for several years......nothing....I confirm it's still one of my favorite restaurants! The owners are always the same ones who recognized us and welcomed us with open arms. The pasta is always her! Super portions (reduced 100 g, normal 200 and reinforced 300) and super seasoned. The pasta and rice cooked just right. The appetizers were also plentiful. The desserts slightly revised but still good. The raw materials are really good. Please if you go don't say "good but too much"! Spaghettoteca Campoleone is generous portions and good food!

30/03/2024: The attention and obsessive research into every single detail that makes up a masterpiece at every course... It's a sensation that delights with every bite. A sincere applause to Chefs Giuseppe and Francesco D'Errico who were able to create a path of pursuit of perfection...and perhaps they really succeeded! The "work" is completed thanks to the passion and preparation demonstrated by the dining room team!

08/02/2024: Fantastic experience, Giuseppe and Francesco excellent hosts. Each dish is a culinary masterpiece, prepared with the freshest ingredients and impeccably presented. The taste and presentation and variety of the dishes made every bite an unforgettable experience. I recommend it and can't wait to go back soon! The restaurant certainly deserves more than one Michelin star.

02/04/2024: We stayed just a weekend. Great hospitality, nice host. Basic rooms but clean. I recommend the family room, pratically an apartment, in the front building of the restaurant. Very good restaurant and tasty food (price accordingly). In that way, in my opinion, breakfast could be richer in salty products. Position looked like fine but roads from&to the most known towns of the Langhe aren't comfortable. My mistake.

The view seen from the terrace is enchanting, where there are tables set in the summer and where you can enjoy breathtaking views. Unforgettable dinners! To be booked in advance. The interior of the restaurant is also typical and welcoming. Try the "quail with duck liver and white chocolate". Well-stocked and selected wine cellar. The take-away pastry products are excellent and, depending on the season, we can purchase panettone, colombe, chocolate eggs, gluten-free desserts, etc... Available to serve breakfasts or aperitifs. Excellent prices in relation to the quality and the area. Convenient parking.

06/11/2023: As soon as you enter Villa San Carlo, you realize you are in a magical place. Paola, Carlo and all the staff are very attentive to the customer's needs, they are able to pamper you and give you a unique culinary and sensorial experience. The service is excellent, attentive, you can enjoy the dishes using all your senses. The rooms of the villa are full of history, translation and books. A unique place.

22/09/2023: What a wonderful experience staying with Chef Carlo at his villa. The meals were unbelievably wonderful and his wine pairings unbeatable. What a gracious host with so many stories to share. He made our vacation with his charming hospitality…and when he sat down at the piano ….🥹🥹🥹❤️
