15/03/2026: What a fantastic restaurant. Excellent home-cooked local recipes, with a friendly staff that made us feel like we were home. We loved everything, but definitely have the agnolotti. We tried several others during our stay in Turin, and Taverna’s was head and shoulders above all the rest.

10/08/2026: Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. We went with a young child with celiac disease, and they offered us risotto. They were concerned because it took a while to arrive, as the chef had prepared it carefully to avoid cross-contamination, and they didn't want to charge us for the delay. They were very concerned that the child was comfortable.

08/08/2026: nice classic restaurant. they found a table for us immediately during peak hour - usually places in turin say they’re full without even trying. good wine and attentive service. food was ok: the fig risotto was a bit weird, probably just not to my taste, but the pasta was good, and the suckling pig too. however they served everything very, very fast, which was even a bit suspicious.

05/08/2026: A very well-maintained castle. The interior and museum are very interesting. It tells the story of the vineyards and Cavour's fundamental role in these lands.

13/04/2026: A very pleasant dinner, featuring a well-executed traditional Piedmontese menu. We started with a mixed appetizer, varied and beautifully presented, featuring high-quality ingredients and balanced flavors. Among the first courses, the Gorgonzola risotto with pears and saffron was creamy and well-blended, with an interesting contrast between sweet and savory. Perhaps a little delicate in flavor, but still very enjoyable. The real star was the Piedmontese-style fritto misto: a rich and abundant dish, featuring a variety of meats, vegetables, and more unusual preparations. The fried food was crispy and fairly dry, although some pieces were a bit heavier. Overall, however, it was traditional and satisfying. The desserts were also highly appreciated: the fresh and well-balanced sorbets and the delicious fried desserts, perfect for ending the meal. The friendly service and quiet atmosphere were ideal for a relaxed dinner. The prices were average, consistent with the quality and quantity. A positive experience, especially recommended for those who want to try traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a delicious mixed fry.

25/07/2026: We chose this because of the location, and the offer of traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The atmosphere was old fashioned and despite being a Saturday evening, the restaurant was very quiet. We chose the traditional and seafood menus. There was nothing wrong with the food, but it was quite heavy, and by the primo course we were already full. There was no lighness of touch in any of the dishes. So if you are looking for a very traditional approach, this restaurant may suit you. But other restaurants in Turin have developed lighter and more tasty dishes.

03/06/2026: A delightful place, right next to the Mole Antonelliana. I highly recommend the agnolotti, a perfect blend of flavor and tradition. My kids loved it, so much so they ordered seconds! The staff were very welcoming and professional, we felt right at home. Definitely worth a try!

01/06/2026: The restaurant is downtown, at the foot of the Mole Antonelliana. A very charming place, tastefully decorated. The owners are super welcoming, and the food is divine (agnolotti, beef tartare, bunet... all excellent). The price was very fair. Having read the very flattering reviews about this restaurant, we had high expectations: well, they were fully met, in fact... even exceeded!! We'll definitely be back.

10/07/2026: This was our first meal in Italy and we left very satisfied. We didn't book a table, but luckily we got one anyway and the pizzas were brought out very quickly. Both dishes were delicious! The kids loved them too, even though they don't particularly like pizza :) The staff was nice and helpful. When paying and leaving, the lady at the counter said goodbye to us very kindly. So we had a very positive experience. (The only negative I could mention was the plastic cups. I don't know if they recycle them, but if not, glass cups would be a more environmentally friendly solution.)

01/07/2026: The place, behind the bathroom, looked like an emergency exit, the farinata was dry, the pizza was average to poor, plastic cups for bottled beer, not even at the stadium, ugly napkins, but the place works so they are right.

15/07/2026: We've been wanting to try this place for a long time, and finally this evening we did! It was a revelation: an intimate, quiet interior with soft lighting, a knowledgeable staff always present but never intrusive, attention to detail, and the dishes presented with great elegance, care, and originality. The food was excellent and unique. A true treat. We'll be back often, and maybe next time we'll try the winter garden. An oasis among plants and the scent of lemons in the heart of the city. I was also intrigued by the magnificent private room...

27/07/2026: Beautiful and charming location, especially the outdoor area; mostly classic Piedmontese menu, to be more specific: The veal with tuna sauce was truly exquisite. We only half liked the first courses, the risotto was so-so. The second courses were also average, some more than others. I didn't really like the desserts. The service was decent. I also think it's a bit high for what we ate. We had a nice table, and everyone shared the same thoughts.
