Cucina Location Personale all'altezza.
Lo Chef è strepitoso con grandi capacità estro creativo e maestria nell'elaborazione personale dei piatti.
Il posto che dire..sembra di essere caduti dentro una fiaba di quelle che leggevamo da bambini.
Tutto il personale è attento e preparato, dedica il massimo dell'attenzione e non lascia nulla al caso.
Davvero indimenticabile.

18/11/2023: Ristorante per chi cerca un luogo ideale per riuscire a parlare senza chiasso, serviti in modo eccezionale, con una bellissima vista, con un menù fantastico e portate preparate in modo magistrale senza cadere nel perimetro dell'odiosa nouvelle cuisine. Sicuramente nella top 5 dei migliori ristoranti dove sia stato a questo livello. Prezzo assolutamente corretto in rapporto, come già sottolineato, alla qualità sublime della cucina, delle materie prime e del servizio.

06/01/2024: Un'esperienza unica ! A un passo da casa, un posto da sogno. Magia allo stato puro. Come sentirsi una Regina! Servizio impeccabile, appena ti alzi dalla sedia cambiano piatti e forchette e tovagliolo immediatamente. Come sentirsi all'interno del Titanic senza affondare! Luci stupende, giochi di colori, magia, cibo ottimo e si dorme divinamente ! Stra consiglio a tutti di provare a sentirsi come in una favola! Un grazie di cuore per averci regalato un'inizio 2024 davvero speciale!

28/02/2024: Finally, after a few years, I returned to this pizzeria. I am very pleased to note that the level of service has returned to the excellence I was used to, final limoncello offered by the owner.

28/02/2024: Discovered through friends, we had a really good time. Very kind and helpful, fast service, very nice place and excellent food. We tried the pizza and desserts, all very good. Prices more than reasonable. Super recommended!!!

P.s. Leave the saber at home because nothing is missing at the Paoli inn! 😂

I took raw meat, well beaten but with a lot of nerves.
Have you tried the shank burger? It looked like raw meat, but in a cooked version.

24/02/2024: It really feels like home, the environment is clean and well-kept, welcoming. The owner very kind and helpful. What can I say about the cuisine... Excellent. When the menu has few dishes there is the certainty of eating well. As soon as you enter you can smell a little scent that makes you want to try everything. I recommend the vitello tonnato and the beetroot gnocchi. However whatever you choose you won't be disappointed.

24/01/2024: The venue is beautiful. The food is good, but not excellent (so the prices are perhaps a little high). The service was cold and lacked a bit of attention (we took the menu and the waitress put the plates down for us without a word, when it was time to pay we had to go to the kitchen because no one had been there for more than 10 minutes in the room). Plus they put us at a table at the back of a completely empty room.

02/04/2024: While visiting Casal Monferrato, we ate in this place adjacent to the central square. Intimate and nice place. We tried a trio of Piedmontese appetizers and a sliced fassona all accompanied by an excellent Barbera. Everything was good, the service was also friendly. Value for money in the norm. Advised
10/03/2024: Excellent experience and excellent quality food... Also excellent for spending a romantic and peaceful evening. The staff were welcoming and always available. Culinary experience to absolutely do again!

Menu semplice ma allo stesso ricercato, in tutti questi anni penso di aver provato quasi tutto e non sono mai rimasta delusa.
Davide ed il suo staff sono sempre cordiali e preparati.
In assoluto consiglio il vitello tonnato che mi ricorda quello di mia nonna , quindi una bomba !
17/12/2023: Lunga attesa per le prime portate. Pasto di basso livello, l’unica cosa buona era l’ossobuco. I dolci un po’ cari e neanche buoni. Conto salato
