I booked through Booking.com and used my credit card. The amount was deducted. When I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I was surprised to find that my reservation was for a different room. I asked them to replace it with the same one as mine, but unfortunately, they didn't replace it, claiming they didn't have any!
What's the point of booking when the amount has already been paid?
They also refused to refund the reservation amount 👎
The room looked like a warehouse, a small room surrounded by four single beds and an old bathroom!
Their treatment is very bad, and I don't recommend staying there or booking there at all 👎👎👎👎

03/06/2025: Locale di notevole presenza sul territorio, notevole accoglienza e gestione del personale sempre presente, attento alle esigenze del cliente, ottima degustazione e presentazione dei piatti particolari e variegati per tipologia di elementi del pescato, offerti con primi basati su pesce e pasta fresca della casa che hanno di fatto deliziato le nostre papille gustative.
Assolutamente da non perdere, lo raccomando 🤙🤙

04/06/2025: Restaurant and menu well thought out by the owners, without a doubt it is a format that works very well, no excess either in the raw materials or in the dishes, which however are of excellent workmanship and pleasantly tasty. Wanting to find a hair in the egg, the "timed dinner" is a bit annoying, maybe it would be better to make a few less tables and pamper them more... But it is understandable

04/06/2025: Great view, service was okay, but food wasn’t worth its price by far. Main dish was okay but the soggy potatoes offered on the side were nothing I’d ever pay for. Enjoy the view while having a drink and invest your money somewhere else.

I have been a customer of the Primavera restaurant for over 36 years and I can say that I have recommended this place a thousand times to everyone who asked me for advice on how to eat good food in an elegant but family-run restaurant.
A restaurant that remains anchored to tradition, but that knows how to keep up with modern times.
The restaurant is family-run: the owners are Gianni and Cinzia, with their daughter Annagiulia who welcome you with a smile and kindness that... makes you hungry!
Let's start with the fish: few places can boast such quality!
The appetizers, whether refined or simple, offer the flavor of the sea, fresh as if we were on the beach and the fishermen had just delivered the catch of the day.
The first courses are a triumph of flavor and the spaghetti al cartoccio delight the eyes when a swan of rolled up foil is delivered to the table. The second courses are my favorites, especially the sea bass or the baked sea bream with vegetables.
But lingering over the menu for a few minutes offers the possibility of always finding some new and interesting dish.
The mixed fried fish is an excellence of the restaurant, almost a business card...
Meat: a must try! The typical traditional dishes are accompanied by more original recipes, my preference goes to the albese among the appetizers and the tagliata among the main courses: they never disappoint and have a softness that seems like a caress brought to the palate.
The pizza is very light in the dough, thin and very digestible, I have always liked it and it is typical of this restaurant: I don't think I have found a similar preparation elsewhere.
It is definitely an experience to do!
Very sweet ending: for those who want to end with a little sugar, Cinzia, the owner, prepares every day a whole showcase of beautiful and captivating desserts that welcomes you at the entrance and from the very beginning your eyes are enraptured. You have just entered but you already know that you will not be able to finish dinner without having tried at least one and loving it to the last teaspoon, you will find peace of mind!
Wines: a good selection, with some really special labels; if you are not sure ask Gianni for advice, even after so many years he knows how to surprise me with an unusual but elegant bottle, the result of his continuous search for excellence. In short: it is a place to return to as soon as possible!
27/04/2025: We took spaghetti with seafood, seafood risotto had no flavor, and very little fish, even the starter was disappointing, it tasted of little, only the well-seasoned octopus salad was good.

17/06/2025: Our waiter/butcher, GLAUCO, went above and beyond! He offered to explain each cut, provide his recommendations and everything was excellent. We happened to be here during Miglia 1000, which made it extra special. Finish off with a lemoncello to complete the experience.
17/06/2025: We all had steak and it was a meal to remember steak tasted amazing and Glacuo was so helpful the onion rings and chips and sauces were also lovely

30/05/2025: I went to this cute little place for dinner and I was really impressed. An elegant but relaxed atmosphere, a real hidden gem. The dishes were really good and with quality ingredients. The service was impeccable: attentive, kind and never intrusive. It is one of those places that you would like to recommend to everyone, but at the same time keep only for yourself. I really hope that in the future there will be the right turnout, because they deserve it!
27/05/2025: A corner of Portugal in the heart of Genoa. In a very characteristic and suggestive setting you can taste many specialties, definitely try one of the variations of Baccalà! A kind and attentive service. Recommended for a lunch with friends 💖

10/06/2025: All good until the sauce accompanying the mixed fried food.. all night with the heaviness of garlic on my stomach. Good job the dining room staff for helping me, but I recommend writing on the menu so that the customer knows what's in the sauce or at least communicating it to the table.
07/06/2025: Polpo Mario is a historic place, full of charm and tradition. The authentic atmosphere is combined with excellent cuisine, where fresh fish is the absolute protagonist. Each dish is carefully prepared and delicious. The staff is always friendly and professional, making the experience impeccable. A must-see for those who love true Ligurian cuisine!

03/06/2025: Since we tried Coppale in Cadrezzate it has become our favorite place where taste and view meet. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and it is beautiful to be able to look at the lake while eating or even get up to take a walk on the beach. The staff is very kind and helpful, always ready to recommend the dishes of the day and off-menu items.
The dishes are carefully prepared and well presented, with authentic and well-balanced flavors.
The prices are average, considering the quality of the food and the service. For those who want a quiet place with good food and a pleasant atmosphere, Coppale in Cadrezzate is the right choice!
