C'era una Volta In Positano

I stopped here for a pizza and the house wine. Extremely affordable for Positano and even compared to Vietri where I stayed. I paid €13. Friendly, welcoming staff. The pizza was absolutely delicious!

We are from Greece I came with a group And we ate in the evening excellent food incredible Eugenia And nice homemade red wine well done

I went for lunch, had spaghetti with clams and pasta alla Norma, very good! Friendly staff.

Very good restaurant (Pasta, pizza, etc.) Cheaper and tourist trap than all the rest of the restaurants in town

This restaurant is an amazing less expensive option to most in Positano. It was honestly the best meal we had whilst we were there, sadly on our last night or else we would’ve definitely gone again. It’s a cute little place, when we went the outside bit was closed but the views looked incredible! Ordered wine, aperol spritz, Diavola pizza, chips, prawns, spaghetti bolognese and rocket salad and it was all delicious. Although we didn’t order the desserts looked good too. Wish I could go back!!

Great place! Pizza “Positano” was absolutely delicious, cocktails were tasty too. Service also did not disappoint. Definitely would recommend this place to others.

A busy place and there's a reason why - amazing pizza's! Would recommend to take a booking before going as most likely during dinner service will not get a a table. The coctails were strong and refreshing. Service was also great, loved the staff's authentic characters!

Average food but more reasonable than most in the area. Nice outdoor space. Service was mixed depending on the Waiter. Wine was reasonable. If price is important then this is a good choice. Incidentally the take out pizza was really good and again priced right.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. We stayed quite close to this restaurant so we didn’t have some of the accessibility issues other travellers experienced, as we were within close walking distance. To be honest we walked past this restaurant a couple of time not realising it was there or if it was it was a niche restaurant. However, we wanted to eat out very locally so decided to try it out. As you enter the restaurant it initially looks like a small Cafe style restaurant but when we were then taken outside there is a relatively large seating area with a great view. I say great view as when we went it was pitch black! Whilst it was mainly Tourists occupying the Tables there was a good spread of locals. The Menu is quite simple which appealed to us. My Wife had a Fish dish which looked very flavoursome. I had the Penne Arrabbiata which tasted like a budget version of the real thing. It was spicy but their tomato sauce felt like a ragù sauce out of a jar. The cooked Penne was Al Dente though. We opted for their version of the ubiquitous Tiramisu which was disappointing. It was quite stodgy and lacked enough of the traditional ingredients of coffee and cocoa. The drinks were good value including a nice Chianti at €15. The Service was a bit random or Italian! We were either given their full attention or they’d found something shiny. Paying at the end was a bit cumbersome but it was good value and would go again opting for a Fish dish or similar plus go during the day to enjoy the views!
