Every detail is taken care of, the authenticity of the local products is respected, but the flavor combinations are refined, interesting, and perfectly executed. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming yet elegant.

The food, crafted with ingredients cultivated in the masseria’s gardens, was both delicate and deeply flavourful. An elegant setting, a magical atmosphere, and exquisite dishes. And beyond the beauty of the place and the flavors of the table, it was the people who made it truly unforgettable—the staff perfectly matched the refined spirit of the masseria.

16/09/2025: I cried from the beauty of this place. A disarmingly beautiful farmhouse. I imagined the wedding here, but given how far away it is, it's only a dream. We had a delicious aperitif surrounded by hay bales and trees. What a sweet memory!

21/09/2025: I have to be honest, I expected something more from a restaurant that is located so perched. The food wasn't bad, but it could be better. The tagliatelle with mud was too dry, rolling them with a fork made them move, they were all one piece, but because the sauce was missing a little oil, they were dry. The pappardelle with wild boar was nice, the pasta but the flavor was much too soft, almost to the point of not even seeming like wild boar. What left us very surprised were the two portions of fried mushrooms, they seemed like a single portion, but just a little too few for a 26 euro dish, that is, two portions of 13 euros each. For the rest, a nice place and friendly service.

13/10/2025: We celebrated my 50th birthday and my daughter's graduation here. Two beautiful parties. Everything was perfect and wonderful. Alessandra and her staff are truly one of a kind. Stefano, the singer, is a special person, excellent at his job, polite, friendly, and always ready to please. Thanks to Alessandra, our events were so exciting, thanks in part to her, because she organizes everything down to the smallest detail. I highly recommend New Green Hill without a doubt.

13/10/2025: We celebrated our son's baptism at this wonderful venue. It was a resounding success; we were delighted with every aspect: the food, the service, the kindness, and the hospitality. Our guests couldn't stop thanking us for how much they had a wonderful time and how delicious their food was. I've known this venue since I was little and knew it would be a sure thing. We recommend it 100%.

27/09/2025: No. The cooking is unloving, unfortunately. Nobody here knows anything about spices. This has nothing to do with Emilia Romana, and even less with Italian cuisine.

16/10/2025: I've eaten at the restaurant twice already and it's always been a pleasant and tasty experience. This time, in October, the entire menu was autumn-themed. Pumpkin, chestnuts, and mushrooms. Everything made with love and skill. We had the tasting menu and I have to say it was excellent, plentiful (too much, I'd say, we "gave up" on the main course) and the desserts were delicious. We'll be back.

16/10/2025: Fantastic journey! We chose the tastes menu curated by the chef and it was quite a ride, The theme was fall, and the tables were decorated with pumpkins. We got creative tasty starters, all fall themed and different colored dishes, wonderful meats tray, main dishes were great, amount were crazy! Lots and lots of good food. Desserts were mouthwatering! The chef is passionate and the service is exceptional. Wonderful experience!

15/09/2025: I recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting too long. The place is very beautiful and well-kept. The food is incredibly good, and I can't wait to eat this pizza again.

14/09/2025: We often come here for their pizza. The ingredients are high-quality, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and fast! The place is very cute, intimate, and elegant. The prices are more competitive than many other pizzerias!

06/10/2025: We visited you a few nights ago. It was a magnificent evening, both in name and in nature. A very refined venue. Excellent, high-quality food and carefully selected ingredients. The staff were very attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The "Welcome" and "Goodbye" concepts were extremely nice. An experience we'll definitely repeat soon!

14/09/2025: Enormous potential, thanks to the professionalism and remarkable expertise of Mr. Bergomi, whom I know, and certain observations could be important for growth. Excellent food and quality ingredients with prompt service, but the service itself could be improved: long waits to get a table even with a reservation, a wine list with too many wines that cannot be requested (for example, they don't have a liter of Ortrugo), dishes off the menu were reported late, the strawberry ice cream had raspberries instead, which was not reported. Furthermore, one diner didn't like them and wanted strawberries, confusion, and long waiting times for the bill. So, not a positive experience, but great opportunities for growth with an expert who manages the service and avoids poor service. We wish you the best, you deserve it.

26/08/2025: What a great restaurant, run by the loveliest family. Outside you enjoy a typical Piedmont view, and inside you sit in a charming old ruin. The family is truly exceptional – wonderful cooking, warm hospitality and great advice on both wine and food. We stayed in the Castello next to the restaurant and were lucky enough to eat here three times. We look back on it with great joy. Grazie!

21/06/2025: È stata una cena squisita sulla terrazza con vista. Siamo partiti da un antipasto leggero di pesce (fettine di spada e tonno) e tortino di melanzane, per passare ai primi dal gusto delicato (gnocchetti e ravioli), a seguire i secondi di carne (brasato e agnello) ma anche il salmone in crosta di sesamo. Abbiamo concluso il tutto con dei desserts ottimi. Il tutto accompagnato da un buonissimo barbera e dalla cortesia e simpatia del proprietario. L'impiattamento molto elegante ci ha permesso di assaporare il cibo dedicandogli il giusto tempo.

29/09/2025: It's worth opening the rather inconspicuous little door. Behind it, you'll find bright rooms and an excellent kitchen, complete with a wine cellar, and friendly, competent, yet unobtrusive service from the chef himself. A truly positive experience in every respect.

12/09/2025: We decided to spend an evening at this historic restaurant in Montemerano. The location is truly unique, in a beautiful village. The restaurant is also warmly and elegantly decorated. The service was extremely friendly without ever being invasive, a real credit to a restaurant of this kind. The dishes were all satisfying overall, although from unique restaurants like this, you always expect something more, something that goes above and beyond and remains memorable.

22/09/2025: We were passing through and stopped for lunch, so I can only comment on the food: we had a great time, excellent food, good wine, and a very refined and pleasant atmosphere. A small mix-up with a dish was resolved in a polite and brilliant manner. I highly recommend it.

16/09/2025: We had dinner. Antipasto with tigelle and gnocco fritto, cured meats. Excellent first courses. Superlative rabbit. Top dessert.

20/10/2025: Lots of smoke and little fire...everything mediocre, nothing spectacular, but the prices are as if it were. The place and the atmosphere are very nice, the service barely deserves 3 stars.

08/10/2025: The restaurant is ideal for couples' dinners but also for larger groups. The atmosphere, what can I say, is decidedly pleasant. The service is perhaps its strong point; the waiters are very friendly. I recommend going for lunch when the weather is nice, as the lovely outdoor area is closed for dinner. The prices are in line with good restaurants in Milan, although they still remain high in my opinion.

13/10/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, very kind and attentive waiter, we were a little disappointed by the lack of a receipt (which we could have asked for) to understand how much we spent on wine and water. We also didn't appreciate the truffle much, but if avoided, it still left a quality dish. We ate two cuts of meat, both tender, well-cooked and treated very well... overall, adding a butter and anchovy appetizer, a side dish, a dessert, two glasses of rosé and a water, the quality/price ratio is fair. €93

13/09/2025: The restaurant is spacious, well-kept, and modern. The menu is varied, and the dishes we chose were very good, carefully prepared, and made with top-quality ingredients. The portions are also generous, especially the truffle risotto. The desserts are a great way to end a lovely dinner. The only downside is the maître d': she only serves certain customers and isn't very attentive when serving wine; we didn't try it. She scolds the younger waiters near the diners, which is in poor taste. However, it's still an excellent place to enjoy good food.
