10/07/2025: Einfach immer herzlich und toll. Für Familien sehr angenehm und „preisangepasst“. Auch offen für glutenfreies Essen… Großzügig im Nachschenken und freundlichst im Service. Dazu gutes heimisches Essen. Für Gäste wie uns, die jährlich kommen, wäre vielleicht ein Alternativ Abend (was das Menü angeht) sehr schön. DANKE

29/01/2025: Sono stato in gita e quando siamo arrivati ,la titolare con una ragazza che viene dalla Georgia ci ha ospitati e ci ha fatto sedere e ci hanno intrattenuto per 45 minuti/1 ora è ci hanno portato un piatto con uova sbattute, 3 specie di omelette con dentro del riso, 2 bacon, e 2 toast e ci hanno regalato un mini brownies . Dopo ci hanno fatto ordinare in app e abbiamo scoperto che fanno prodotti come milkshake , pancake, e whaffle. Fanno anche prodotti salati. Quando siamo andati via ci hanno salutato e abbiamo visto Obama che diceva “jeeeeee” e si metteva a urlare per farci ridere . In tutto il cibo era buono tranne le uova che erano lisce e molto arancione. É stata una bella esperienza.

19/07/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante spettacolare con una bellissima vista, se al tramonto ancor di più. La sala interna ha un affresco sul soffitto molto suggestivo. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti, gentili ( qualità non scontata al giorno d'oggi) e super professionali... ti senti quasi a casa!! I prodotti sono freschi, buonissimi e locali ( ad esempio le verdure sono le loro e la pasta viene fatta dal cuoco al momento). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!!

09/06/2025: Di passaggio a Vasto, abbiamo cenato in questo locale con terrazza vista Mare stupenda. Uno dei migliori ristoranti di pesce in cui abbia mai mangiato, considerando il fatto che ho viaggiato molto in Italia e all’estero ..qualità sopraffina e ineguagliabile freschezza , sapiente preparazione e presentazione artistica dei piatti. Crudo di pesce superlativo .. Titolare molto preparato e simpaticissimo! Conto inaspettatamente basso in rapporto alla qualità dei prodotti Candidato ad una stella 💫 Michelin , senza ombra di dubbio! Torneremo senz’altro alla prossima occasione in zona!!👍

Personale molto gentile: ci hanno accolti nel loro ristorante ci hanno seguiti per tutto il pranzo spiegando molto bene ogni piatto, curando il tavolo e il servizio. Cibo di ottima qualità. 01/04/2025: Nous y sommes allés 2 jours de suite! Accueil très sympathique et nourriture excellente. La polenta gratinée aux cèpes était excellente. Même choses pour les lasagnes blanches aux cèpes et truffes et les penne arrabiata. Portions généreuses et prix plus que corrects. Très bons vins blanc et rouge du Val d’Aoste. Réservation recommandée en haute saison.

07/03/2025: Lasagne et tiramisu = une tuerie 😀 Dommage d être venu que le dernier jour du séjour sinon je serai venu plusieurs fois. A l annee prochaine 😄

14/04/2025: Hicieron el queso mozzarella esa mañana, ¡y nunca he tenido algo mejor! La comida era fresca y tan deliciosa, que tuve los mejores tomates de mi vida! Tengo el pescado del día y mi marido tiene una pasta con salsa de carne. Ambos eran perfectos! Sus recomendaciones de vinos también estaban presentes, y las vistas eran absolutamente impresionantes. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente!

13/04/2025: An oasis of hospitality and authentic flavors at the Vittoria Restaurant-Hotel The Vittoria Hotel-Restaurant in Claut has proven to be a true gem, a place where a warm welcome is combined with a cuisine that celebrates tradition with a touch of freshness. Special praise goes to the young chef Alex, whose passion and availability were immediately evident. Not only did he serve us with courtesy and attention, but he demonstrated particular sensitivity to customer needs, including a vegetarian option in the menu which turned out to be surprisingly tasty and well thought out. The dining experience was further enhanced by the homemade pasta, a true triumph of authentic flavors and perfect texture. To accompany these delicious dishes, a selection of excellent quality wines that enhanced each course. Despite the notable influx of customers, the owner Sergio demonstrated commendable dedication, giving us all the attention possible and making us feel welcome and pampered guests. His attentive and thoughtful presence helped make our visit even more pleasant. In conclusion, the Vittoria Restaurant-Hotel is an address that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Claut and wants to live an authentic experience, characterized by good food, sincere hospitality and customer care that makes the difference. Special thanks to Alex and Sergio for making our stop so memorable.

15/06/2025: The food is amazing and fresh. We got the ragu and linguini with clams. I’m not even a fan of clams and absolutely loved this dish! Staff is very nice and makes an effort to speak English, which was great given we’ve dined in other restaurants where the communication was really difficult and this was a relief. We’re staying here for the week and definitely going there again! Thanks for your kindness :)

13/08/2025: Aperitif, we're not there ... I should have given only one star, but since we had a simple aperitif and didn't use the hotel or restaurant, it didn't seem right to give it an extremely negative rating. The platter for two was actually 80% bread slices with chickpea cream and olive pâté, with just a tiny sampling of cured meats and cheeses. The cost of the ingredients didn't exceed 5-6 euros, and it sold for 34 euros. Focaccia for 9 euros with supermarket cooked ham and very salty bread (it even seemed reheated). We ate because we were hungry. I had a Bordeaux Spritz. Personally, I think it's an anonymous reinterpretation with a sweetish aftertaste that didn't go well with the aperitif (but these are subjective tastes). Afterwards, I had a classic Spritz, which was very poorly made. Tasteless, colorless, served in antique glassware. A charming location. the rooms will be beautiful and very clean, as will the restaurant which I will definitely try.... but the aperitif is absolutely not up to par, expensive and of low quality, it needs improvement!!

13/07/2025: A very good place for dinner. The food is excellent, they bring your dishes super fast, and the service is perfect. If they offer you focaccia, say yes; it's amazing. You have to get there early to get a table, but if you have to wait, wait, because it's worth it.

13/07/2025: We visited Bari-Napoli on Saturday, June 12, 2025, and were truly satisfied! The pizza is simply delicious, with a light dough and quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. We also had the cacio e pepe potatoes, which were truly a surprise: creamy, flavorful, and irresistible. The wait was a bit long, but it was Saturday night and the place was busy, so it was completely understandable. In the end, the wait was worth it with an excellent culinary experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza in Bari. We'll definitely be back! 🍕
