The bread and focaccia were top notch, and the pizza was also very good.

A delightful place for a relaxed aperitivo, with well-spaced tables. The service is courteous and genuinely helpful, but not intrusive. The products are the highlight: quality cured meats and cheeses, and a delicious focaccia: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

They're incredibly friendly, professional, and passionate. The restaurant is very well-maintained and offers a consistently fresh, entirely gluten-free menu. The risottos are truly top-notch, with bold yet perfectly balanced flavor combinations. You can tell they're doing a great job. Highly recommended!

A high-end gastronomic experience in the heart of Viterbo. The place is charming and the atmosphere welcoming, but the real surprise is the food. We started with an exceptional platter and tartare, both exquisitely delicate and of superior quality. The Cinta Senese was simply spectacular, cooked to perfection. The grand finale, the "Tropical Dark" dessert (rum brittle, passion fruit gel, and chocolate crumble), was a masterpiece of contrasts. A special mention goes to the staff: excellent, welcoming, and able to explain each dish with rare excellence. A place we'll definitely return to!

Excellent restaurant with a limited menu but refined flavors. We didn't notice at all that everything here was gluten-free; the bread and focaccia were exceptional. The prices were just above average, but the portions were generous and the flavors sophisticated.
