13/04/2025: In the center of Turin, a few steps from the Palace of Justice, the Quattro Soldi Restaurant welcomes its customers in a hospitable and characteristic atmosphere. For over fifty years, the historic Turin restaurant has been a point of reference for lovers of good food and, in particular, for those who love the simple, genuine and authentic flavors of tradition. For the summer months, a modest outdoor area has been set up with around thirty seats to enjoy some fresh air and taste in peace. At the restaurant you can taste many typical gastronomic specialties of traditional Piedmontese cuisine, both seafood and land. First courses based on fresh fish caught the day, grilled, fried, grilled meat, seasonal side dishes and homemade desserts served with a selection of excellent local wines.

26/03/2025: Beautiful experience in Pomalico, we happened upon it by chance and discovered an excellent restaurant. The Lancione Restaurant, located in the center of the main street, is a modern structure with panoramic windows. We were welcomed by kind and helpful staff. We ate divinely, all fish-based. All prepared to perfection. All really good. Highly recommended, I would definitely return.

Il cuore pulsante del locale è Antonio, chef di talento e titolare, che con passione e creatività propone piatti a base di pesce fresco, capaci di esaltare i sapori del mare. Ogni portata riflette un amore genuino per la cucina: dagli antipasti raffinati, come carpacci e crudi, ai primi profumati e dai secondi dal gusto deciso ma equilibrato. La cura nei dettagli e l’attenzione alle materie prime sono evidenti in ogni boccone. Ad accompagnare il servizio c’è Domenico, il figlio, che con gentilezza e professionalità si occupa della sala, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassata. La moglie Mimma, invece, aggiunge un tocco speciale alla gestione del ristorante, facendo sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Durante la mia visita, ho apprezzato non solo la qualità del cibo ma anche il calore umano che caratterizza questo posto unico. La freschezza del pesce, combinata alla semplicità e alla genuinità delle preparazioni, rende il Ristorante Lancione una tappa imperdibile per gli amanti della cucina di mare. 15/02/2025: The Santi Giacomo e Filippo estate was the perfect setting for our wedding! I'll start by saying that Sarah, the wedding manager, was an added value from the first moment, due to her professionalism and availability. We decided to celebrate the religious rite in the small abbey of the estate, a small treasure chest that helps to make the ceremony even more intimate and exciting. The reception was set up in the lakeside restaurant. I would define the experience as perfect: evocative environment, excellent food (which is not a given in events like these) and impeccable service. Having stayed there for several days, we were also able to test the rooms, which were comfortable in every detail, and the hotel restaurant, which was completely up to par with the rest. The bright green, the light and the atmosphere that reigns in this place made our wedding day unforgettable for us and will remain etched in our minds! Thank you

02/02/2025: We chose the estate for our wedding reception at the end of April 2024. We are absolutely satisfied with the day and received many compliments from our guests. We and some of the guests stayed one night at the resort taking advantage of the spa the next day, highly recommended! The location is charming and well looked after, we appreciated the tranquility of the area around the restaurant, near the lakes. Few locations have such a large and comfortable restaurant room, also functional for the final party. Marianna and Sarah immediately proved to be professional and helpful, ready to help and advise us in organizing our special day. Lunch took place as planned inside the restaurant room, but for reasons related to the weather the aperitif had also been moved inside, despite this the organization was still impeccable. Timing management was perfect until the end of the day with the final party with open bar. The atmosphere during the cutting of the cake was beautiful with the view of the lake behind us. Lunch confirmed our expectations and the quality found during the menu test, compliments to Paolo and his staff. The fish-based appetizers and the dessert buffet are also excellent. Our memories are magnificent, we often tell ourselves that we couldn't have made a better choice for our wedding.

26/03/2025: My husband and I just spent 3 days in Sorrento and 2 of the three evenings we found ourselves here. We found a friend in Mimmo and the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Mimmo made the best espresso martini as well. They made us feel at home as it was our first time in Italy from the States.

Every time we discover the selection of cheeses with honey, jam and quality bread, with an excellent wine. Delicious typical dishes, the best freshly made tiramisu I've ever eaten.

04/04/2025: I waited for a reservation, but when I got there, there wasn't a single person there so I sat by the window and the view was the best even during the day. Perhaps because we were the only ones there, they treated us kindly and the food was very delicious. In particular, the wine you recommended went so well with the food that I even took a picture of it!

23/12/2024: Very old castle, which has been lovingly restored. The rooms are furnished like a museum with original antiques. Great location, very nice courtyard and incredible views of the surrounding area. We'll be back, no question!

30/03/2025: Excellent food, very fresh, plentiful, fair price. Negative note we waited an hour, and one waiter alone in the room is a bit short for me....but I would definitely go back! There is also a room for smokers, and at the end of dinner they bring you a rose... very nice gesture! Super recommended!!!

25/03/2025: Italy starts with everything fishy: and this place is just right for that - everything is excellent: waiters, service, food... at the end of the evening they gave me a rose. A small but very nice compliment. I recommend it!

17/04/2025: Una frittura di pesce praticamente immangiabile dal troppo unto di olio di cui era avvolta .. Non sono un cuoco di professione ma so fare una frittura.. forse olio vecchio ,forse non caldo a sufficienza.. il risultato è stato pessimo. Gentile la cameriera che mi ha pure chiesto come mai non la avevo mangiata e che lo avrebbe segnalato alla cucina (a parte due moeche buone ) ma è finita lì . Proprietario e cuoco non pervenuti !! Il locale e frequentato prevalentemente da stranieri e immagino tedeschi . ( ..le scritte all’ ingresso sono solo in tedesco) . Pensavo che con la quantità si ponesse attenzione anche alla qualità. Purtroppo ,oggi, per me non è stato così ! Magari è stato un caso . Certamente non ci tornerei o lo consiglierei.

14/04/2025: Wir waren als Familie dort und haben außergewöhnlich gut gegessen. 1x Granchio, 1x Cozze a la marinara, 1xbraciola di maiale, Gnocchetti ai formaggi, Pizza Margherita. Sohn meinte beste Pizza die er je gegessen hat, granchio und cozze sind ein lukullischer Traum, die braciola einfach nur super, die Gnochetti bombastisch. 1 grosses Bier 1/2 Liter Vino Frizzante und Acqua, 2 espresso, 1 tiramisu, auch top. Wir gehen sehr gerne dort essen, da alles stimmt , die Frische die Qualität, der Service und der Preis. KEIN EXTRA COPERTO SUPER. Da gibt man auch gerne Trinkgeld, da man mit allem sehr zufrieden ist. Für uns ganz klar, absolute Empfehlung.

07/01/2025: Splendido cenone e veglione di Capodanno, in un ambiente elegante, con vista sulla Valle dei Templi. La cena deliziosa, un menu studiato in ogni dettaglio per garantire un’autentica esperienza sensoriale. Ad ogni piatto, inoltre, è stata abbinata una degustazione di vini che ci hanno permesso di ritrovare specialità enologiche del territorio e di scoprirne di nuove. Personale attento, estremamente gentile. Siamo tornate per il secondo anno di seguito a cena in occasione del Capodanno e l’esperienza è stata, se possibile, ancor più bella. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Assolutamente consigliato se volete scoprire un’eccellenza del territorio akragantino.

23/11/2024: Tonight, my Dudu and I had dinner in this splendid restaurant adjacent to the majestic Valley of the Temples in Agrigentina... they welcomed us immediately with education and elegance, we began to choose from the menu, very refined and sophisticated... and to start we opted for the tasting of the cheeses and oil of our own production which were a spectacle... followed by an incredible risotto with scampi and prawns and turkey with pistachio... a triumph of flavours, colors and refinement... beautiful location ...especially the part outside the garden and the one at the entrance...extremely trained staff...the girl and the boy were incredibly friendly and kind...if you find yourself in these parts, I recommend you come in and try their culinary offerings which they will leave you satisfied ☺️🥰
