11/04/2026: A really nice place for an aperitivo, an intimate dinner, or even a party! Friendly staff and fast service. As for the food, I personally enjoyed the dinner menu more than the aperitivo option. Good wines and cocktails.

27/03/2026: I've been to the restaurant and I'm only judging what I tried. Cod bites: surprisingly, the bites were fried in batter (which wasn't indicated on the menu). Three bites in total, one with only batter, the other two with very little cod and a lot of batter. Disgraceful. Fresh salad: good. Tiramisu: or rather, soggy panettone (renamed Tiramisu). It's a shame, because they're very friendly and the place is clean and spacious. Maybe they were having a bad day, it happens.

20/03/2026: I went for dinner in the evening. It's an elegant, unique place, with good food and fast service. It has a distinctive glass window and fairy lights.

06/04/2026: A very nice place in the city center with a view, where they prepare cured meats. The waiters are knowledgeable and professional, explaining the typical dishes we ordered and giving my girlfriend excellent advice on her first course. The dishes are truly exquisite, from the platters to the tiramisu. I recommend both the risotto, which is truly unique, and the spinach tortelli. If I ever find myself in Parma again, I'd love to come back!

12/04/2026: Very nice and welcoming place. Very good food and friendly staff. My only constructive criticism: given the quality of the food and the availability, they should at least have a gluten-free dessert option (or a gluten-free alternative to the desserts already on the menu) to really make everyone happy at dessert time!!! Alas, the fruit platter alone should no longer be the only option for celiacs in 2026. I will definitely be back... next time, for dessert too!!

06/04/2026: I've been to this restaurant often, and it's always excellent. Today, despite a small misunderstanding, they remedied it flawlessly. Always recommended. I'll always be happy to return.

15/04/2026: A decidedly negative experience. I ordered a chicken breast with grilled vegetables and, when placing the order, I asked if it was possible to replace the vegetables with potato rösti. They said yes, without any further clarification. When paying, however, I found the rösti charged separately, as if I had ordered it in addition to, and not as a replacement for, the side dish. Considering that grilled vegetables on the menu cost even more than the rösti, I would have expected at least some transparency: if the change entails an additional cost, it should be clearly communicated beforehand. I find this behavior to be both incorrect and unprofessional. Transparency with the customer should be the foundation of any service.

15/04/2026: We had lunch outside on a Saturday after visiting Tulipanomania at the Habsburg Park in Levico. The atmosphere was nice and the food was good overall. There were two things I didn't like, though. First: the €2.30 cover charge for "Outdoor as specified on the receipt," where you make do by taking your own cutlery and a paper placemat and then going in to order at the cash register. Second: all the draft beers, starting at €0.40, cost €6. Honestly, considering it's called Fabbrica di Pedavena, it seems a little "unfair."

12/04/2026: We booked a double room at Altarocca Wine Resort for what was supposed to be a special night: the last of our honeymoon. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bitter experience, marked by frustration, disappointment, and utter disappointment with the way the situation was handled. As soon as we entered the room, we realized that the so-called "double bed" was actually two single mattresses pushed together, with a visible indentation in the middle. Sleeping was uncomfortable and frustrating, far from what one would expect for a €190 a night. The most serious issue wasn't just the problem itself, but the way it was handled. After immediately reporting the situation at check-in, we were told that to get a true double mattress, we would have to book a higher room category, paying an additional €50. And, rather casually, we were told that "it was still a double bed." Frankly, an unacceptable response for a property that should and does boast such standards. The next day, upon checkout, no one even bothered to ask us how our stay had gone (and I also consider this to be in poor taste). I was the one who had to raise the issue again, only to be met with a cold and indifferent attitude, as if the issue were irrelevant. Zero customer service, zero empathy, and zero professionalism. Making everything even more unpleasant was the fact that it was the last night of our honeymoon: a moment that should have been pleasant, relaxing, and memorable, but which was instead ruined by this experience. Finally, the organization of the wine tasting also left much to be desired, which is paradoxical for a property called a wine resort: I had asked for a wine tasting upon our arrival at 5:00 PM, but we were told they would have to check the sommelier's availability at that time. In essence, we would have had to start without even having time to settle into our room. An unreasonable proposal, which we obviously declined. In conclusion, a well-presented organization that, in reality, proved to be inattentive to customers, inflexible, and unprofessional in handling issues. For the price paid and for the occasion, I expected something completely different. Absolutely not worth it.

11/04/2026: A terrible experience, bordering on embarrassing. We chose this "resort" for the last night of our honeymoon, trusting the photos on Booking. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different: the common areas were beautiful, but the rooms were unworthy. Our €190 "double suite" was old, neglected, and had a noisy heater that ran pointlessly at 25°C, which—according to the staff—couldn't be turned off. The result: a night spent sweating and sleeping terribly. The so-called double bed? Two single beds pushed together. When I asked for clarification (remember: I was on my honeymoon and almost six months pregnant), the receptionist's response was arrogant: for that price, we had to "make do," and the real double bed was an upgrade, payable separately. Surreal. The restaurant was even worse. We had reported our pregnancy and dietary restrictions in advance, but once we were seated, there was practically nothing I could eat: only raw meats, cured meats, cheeses, and meat. No alternative. I left with a flan and still hungry. Kudos to the customer service. Breakfast was in line with the rest: 13 cakes (including an out-of-place cheesecake), but you have to pay extra for scrambled eggs. Absurd. In conclusion: resort prices, service like a makeshift guesthouse. They ruined the last night of our honeymoon, treating us superficially and unprofessionally. Definitely not recommended.

04/03/2026: I really don't understand the negative reviews for this little trattoria, where you're always treated well and both the owner and staff are kind and efficient. The food is high-quality (for example, the desserts are from a renowned local pastry shop) and the price is absolutely reasonable. Well done, keep up the good work!

Le portate sono state tutte eccellenti, senza pecca e presentate ad alto livello, il sapere é una reale emozione. Se vi trovate a Trani dovete obbligatoriamente fermarvi in questo ristorante, altrimenti avrete perso la possibilità di deliziare le vostre papille gustative! ECCELLENTE E CONSIGLIATISSIMO

17/01/2026: We're greeted with a "It's not like there are any Juventus fans or anything like that at the table, is it?! I'm fine with the joke, but they want to be an exclusive, high-class restaurant, sponsoring Modena football club, etc., so I expect more serious service. That said, I ate a €50 fish menu. I've never had such a bad meal, not even in a cafeteria in an industrial area. Flavorless fish, smelly mussels, no decent dishes, not even the fried food. Never again, a disappointment.
