I had dinner at this restaurant and had a great time. Excellent selection and excellent execution. The prices seem average for this level of service in Riccione. The service was efficient and attentive, even when the restaurant was full. The location was excellent, very close to the sea and the evening promenade. I ate inside due to a storm; the interior is nice.

Don't stop at the price! Even for the experience alone, it's truly worth it.
We ate really well. The menu is mostly, if not entirely, seafood. It's small, but good. Plus, the wine selection...not to mention excellent.
I was very impressed by the welcome, attention, politeness, and respect I received, but everything was absolutely calm and discreet, without being invasive (very rare in high-end service).
A small gem, but very pure!

A truly fantastic evening at Minestraio! There were four of us and we had a blast. The raw fish dishes were exceptional, the creamed cod was delicious, and the tuna tartare with poached egg and black truffle was simply spectacular. The fish and vegetable main course was also excellent, along with a chilled Franciacorta and a delicious dessert selection to round things off. The added bonus? The host: friendly, welcoming, and engaging. With his banter, he made us feel like we were among friends, making the evening even more special. Excellent food, a relaxed atmosphere, and lots of laughter. A place you'll definitely want to return to!

We were in Riccione for the Cinema Professional Days and last night we discovered this restaurant. We were impressed by the meticulous attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients, and not least by the courtesy and friendliness of the owner, Alessandro. See you again!

We'd been here a few years ago, and we can only confirm the excellent impression we had. We had a wonderful time, both with the welcoming and professional staff, and with the quality of the dishes and ingredients.
The place is elegant and very quiet, yet warm and welcoming: no one ever makes you feel out of place; on the contrary, you immediately feel at ease. Special attention is also paid to the sensitivity and helpfulness shown towards dogs, a detail always greatly appreciated.
The added bonus? The boss. An artistic, professional, and above all deeply human personality, his presence adds value to the entire experience.
Highly recommended if you're coming to Riccione!
