We had lunch outside on a Saturday after visiting Tulipanomania at the Habsburg Park in Levico. The atmosphere was nice and the food was good overall. There were two things I didn't like, though. First: the €2.30 cover charge for "Outdoor as specified on the receipt," where you make do by taking your own cutlery and a paper placemat and then going in to order at the cash register. Second: all the draft beers, starting at €0.40, cost €6. Honestly, considering it's called Fabbrica di Pedavena, it seems a little "unfair."

A rather disappointing experience at this restaurant, where we visited with a group of friends. Although we were served promptly, the staff was at times unfriendly and decidedly disorganized: when we asked for an extra drink, they kept telling us to ask another colleague, and in the end, it never arrived. The food also left much to be desired: the pizza was generally good but lacked buffalo mozzarella and was slightly burned underneath, while the typical Trentino dish was bland and the meat was a bit stringy; the salad was passable. On a positive note, the desserts were good, but still overpriced. Overall, the prices are truly exorbitant for the quality offered and the service received. I wouldn't return.

We've been coming back to this place for years and are never disappointed. The good food, the courtesy, and the attention to detail are guaranteed. The new family area is truly spectacular, and the entertainment is top-notch. We'll keep coming back for the joy of ourselves and our children.

A mixed experience, a Sunday dinner for a group of about ten people. The kitchen and pizzeria were well-managed, dishes and pizzas arrived close together, and the ingredients were good. The only flaw I'd mention, but it could be a personal issue due to a variety of factors, was the pizza dough being a bit heavy to digest. Other people at the table were fine, but the pizza was still good. As for the food, nothing to complain about; in fact, kudos to the staff. The bar service was quick and with a wide selection. On the negative side, I'd mention the waiters' behavior. Individually, they were calm, serene, and helpful, but when they had to work as a group at empty tables, we just couldn't get along: mix-ups, bickering, shout-outs, rushed waiters, rushing, and agitation, which was annoying while eating. Overall, the place is a good choice for an evening with friends, but a little less so for a quieter evening.

I'd open earlier and replace the plastic jugs with glass ones. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
