19/08/2026: The evening started well, in a beautiful, elegant room with perfectly air-conditioned surroundings. The oysters arrived 10 minutes after ordering, and were truly delicious and of high quality. Unfortunately, then the problems began: it took 25 minutes for the plate with the oyster shells to be taken away, and another 50 minutes for the second course to be served (after being prompted three times).
Between the second and third courses, we waited another 30 minutes. We didn't order dessert; perhaps it would have arrived for breakfast.
Jokes aside, no one bothered to notify us of the delay or apologize. No apology came, not even when I complained directly to the owner, who only tried to justify himself, blaming the kitchen for the chef's absence and the staff for poor service. Aside from the oysters, of the six dishes ordered, one was unpresentable, three were passable, and two were inadequate. P.S. maybe it wasn't necessary, but offering a liqueur or a drink at the end of the dinner would have been a polite gesture, perhaps even apologizing (at least once).
18/08/2026: I had the pleasure of enjoying an excellent seafood dinner with my sister. The staff were friendly and professional, the fish was well-cooked, and the first courses were truly exquisite: a perfect balance of flavors. The bill was absolutely fair. 02/07/2026: An excellent experience, the food was exquisite in its simplicity, the staff were friendly and young, and could only get better. The location was very pretty: a gorgeous garden. It's a shame about the weather; we were unlucky. A special mention, however, goes to the owner, a warm and kind person who, by explaining the dish, makes you appreciate it even more, enhancing the overall experience. Definitely worth a try.

20/05/2026: Finally, the first good restaurant I found in the region. There are so many restaurants but many are very touristic and food is mediocre.
The food here was delicious and tasted fresh and flavorful. Service was warm. A place I would come back to if I lived in the area. It can become a long meal if you order many courses as it’s run by a small team. We had nowhere else to be though and enjoyed the experience. Try to make a reservation to avoid disappointment! Or come early at opening and hope for a last minute table.

You can immediately sense the attention to detail.
The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, ready to offer advice, attentive, and always smiling.
The dishes were truly delicious; we chose the menu from the historic à la carte menu, and it was a true journey through traditional flavors, all prepared with great care and quality.
A special thanks to the chef, a truly helpful person. He welcomes you, stays at the table if you have questions about the dishes, and greets you at the end of the meal, thanking you for visiting.
We felt pampered from start to finish. A place we'll gladly return to and one I highly recommend.

The Mandarin Oriental's Seta is one of those restaurants that reminds us why so many of us fell in love with haute cuisine: rigor, class, technique, great sauces, meticulous cooking, and service that accompanies the guest with precision, without ever becoming intrusive.
Antonio Guida's cuisine possesses a profoundly French grammar, yet continues to speak with an Italian accent and clear references to his Apulian roots. Memorable dishes include the scallops wrapped in chard with black truffle, kohlrabi, lupini beans, and citron sauce; the pheasant stew with potato royale, yogurt, mussels, and scorzonera; the fregola with Jerusalem artichokes, wood pigeon livers, and 'nduja; and the Fusilloro Verrigni with roasted horse mackerel, crab, caviar, and juniper.
The sea bass with oxidized cauliflower, red currants, and Vin Jaune sauce is remarkably elegant. The hare à la Royale is magnificent, combining French tradition with Puglian flakes of stracciatella and ruote pazze: a substantial, profound dish perfectly representative of the chef's style.
The dining room, led by Cristiano Arlandini and Francesco Ricciardi, is impeccable, as is the wine selection curated by Andrea Loi, Immacolata Mauro, and Matteo Di Lernia. The cheese trolley, a true ritual of fine dining, is also noteworthy, accompanied by breads, crackers, and compotes selected with the same care as the rest of the menu.
Marco Pinna's pastry shop rounds out the experience with restraint, technique, and freshness.
True luxury at Seta is never ostentatious: it lies in the details, the quality of the ingredients, the depth of preparation, and the effortlessness with which an entire team manages to make what is anything but simple appear simple.
One of the most complete and authoritative gastronomic experiences in Milan.

22/08/2026: An incredible culinary experience and a truly rocking atmosphere! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ At Trattoria del Moro Aronne I had a first course that literally amazed me with its simplicity and deliciousness: a fava bean carbonara with crispy bacon, simply delicious. A dish with top marks that I will definitely make again at home, thanks to the precious information and advice the owner gave me. He is a fantastic person: kind, super friendly, and with a decidedly rock soul! To round off the meal on a high note, I paired it with a phenomenal IPA craft beer, a gem not so easy to find elsewhere. Wonderful atmosphere, superb food, and so much great energy. Highly recommended!

25/04/2026: A fantastic experience amidst the winding roads of Abruzzo. After a motorcycle ride through Guardiagrele, Casoli, the Verde River springs in Fara San Martino, Palena, Campo di Giove, and Pacentro, we crossed the San Leonardo Pass and stopped for lunch at Locanda del Barone in San Vittorino (descending just before Caramanico).
The restaurant is wonderful, with a beautifully landscaped outdoor garden, perfect for relaxing. Lunch was top-notch: on the owner's recommendation, we opted for three starters, all perfect. We then continued with superb handmade arrosticini and exceptional roast lamb. The dessert, a lemon tart, was also excellent.
The value for money is amazing, with the bill being decidedly modest considering the high quality of the dishes. We wanted to show our biker friends from Bari the best of Abruzzo, and thanks to this lunch, we achieved perfection. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back! Booking in advance is recommended.

11/08/2026: Everything was amazingly perfect, both the food and the service. We walked by the terrace a couple of times and kept saying that we had to try it, and it was the best decision ever.
The terrace is absolutely beautiful, and you can really feel the care and attention to detail throughout the house. The food was excellent, but what made the experience even more special was the wonderful service. All the waiters were incredibly attentive, friendly, and pleasant, and we truly appreciated all the little details that made us feel so welcome.
Very professional staff and an unforgettable atmosphere. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back!
