07/01/2025: We had a perfect meal at I Due Buoi in Olivola. Excellent quality food, impeccable and knowledgeable staff, even when it comes to wines. Perhaps the only flaw is the parking, not the best, but the restaurant absolutely deserves 5 stars. Beautiful place and impeccable service!

05/01/2025: Sublime! Non ci sono altre parole per descrivere quanto abbiamo assaporato durante la cena presso il Ristorante Sarri. La qualità delle materie prime e la maestria dello Chef danno come risultato un'esperienza indimenticabile. Il locale è raffinato, elegante e assolutamente accogliente. Il personale è veramente gentile e soprattutto preparato e professionale nella descrizione di quanto ci è stato servito a partire dall'aperitivo. Che dire, il menù degustazione è fantastico come gli abbinamenti con i vini serviti. Un'esperienza indimenticabile che sarà sicuramente da replicare anche perché la curiosità è tanta nel vedere cosa lo Chef potrà proporre in base alle eccellenti materie prime a disposizione a seconda del periodo. Vivamente consigliato!!

29/12/2024: Wir haben hier a la carte gegessen, obwohl sie auch ein Menu anbieten. Hervorragender roher Gambero, Spinat-Gnocchi und danach Fisch. Dazu ein sehr guter Champagner aus der umfangreichen Weinkarte. Selber gemachtes Brot, sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre. Zum Wiederkommen!

03/01/2025: Warm welcome with a welcome drink and a complimentary appetizer. The traditional “Favo” and trout pasta, fresh and prepared before our eyes, was exceptional. The anchovy-vegetable starter and the perfect homemade panettone enhanced this meal. Old chalet atmosphere, attentive service, and superb dishes: an authentic and memorable experience.

30/12/2024: We had a very tasty meal on Boxing Day, the service was very nice and the atmosphere was great!

19/12/2024: Had the Experience menu with the basic wine pairing. Everything was perfect !

11/12/2024: Our first fine dining experience in Florence and it was excellent. I didn’t know what to expect but I loved almost all the dishes. I especially loved the unexpected surprise dishes. Our server, Marco, played a giant role in how good of a time we had. He seemed so proud to present the dishes and his excitement made us excited. The fish dish was a very big miss for me but overall the dishes tasted very balanced and flavorful. The only thing lacking was creativity as most of the dishes didn’t really come off as special or innovative. However the fine service and taste more than made up for it.

08/12/2024: We'll never forget this place. Alice went above and beyond to give us a daring, delicious degustation menu full of strong flavours and bold choices. A must for tartar lovers!

12/01/2025: Excellent service. The waiters were very friendly, and they gave us a complimentary glass of champagne and dates with dried fruit. As for the food, impeccable. We ate pasta and they were exquisite. The dessert is also very delicious. Another detail, the place is beautiful. I would definitely return!

05/01/2025: We had the best experience there about 10-12 years ago, very romantic, attentive services were supreme, incredible murals/ceiling in the big suite, giant marble tub, any food and wine and… any time, luxurious. We went back with 2 friends of ours another time and then not quite as romantic! I would recommend for 2.

25/01/2025: It is an extraordinary restaurant, the dishes are gourmet cuisine with interesting combinations and exquisite taste, I have been coming for over 10 years and it is always a pleasure. Trout tartare, tagliolini with truffles and fresh fruit sorbets in their fruit are just some of the delicious dishes of this place. In addition to the quality of the food, a dutiful note of merit should be given to the service and last but not least to the truly honest prices for a restaurant of this level. Carlo Marega

27/01/2025: Eccentric location at the right point and really good food! I particularly enjoyed the amuse-bouche and the linguine with sea urchin sauce, but all the other courses were also really good. Only the desserts, although they were beautiful to look at, I didn't particularly appreciate them because I found them a bit cloying, but it's a matter of taste.

07/01/2025: I don't usually do reviews, but this time I can only give my super compliments to Debora for the beautiful dinner we had during the little holiday in Montefiascone with my partner... Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

05/01/2025: We went to this restaurant on December 31st for lunch, and despite the preparations for the dinner that same evening, both the service and the food were impeccable. We chose the 4-course tasting menu chosen by the chef, who was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. Refined dishes and above all, made based on the seasonality of the products. The octopus tortelli amatriciana and the stuffed squid are highly recommended. Fair prices that reflect the work and attention behind each dish. Fantastic experience. We'll be back
