28/06/2026: Bar and restaurant management is unfriendly. When I arrived at the bar, I received no response to my "good morning," neither a "thank you" nor a "goodbye." The guy at the counter simply quoted the price. At the restaurant, we ordered fried food and salads for lunch. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests, the fried food never arrived. So, after two hours, we left. The beach is clean and large. The management of the bar and restaurant needs improvement. Above all, courtesy is lacking! What a shame!

The quality of the products and dishes always lives up to expectations, with tasty and beautifully presented dishes. Special praise goes to the chef, who demonstrates passion, creativity, and attention to detail in every course. Compliments also to the entire staff: professional, friendly, and always available, they make every customer feel welcome. Impeccable service and a relaxed atmosphere. 31/05/2026: Very nice and clean bar and good food, but the service was very poor. I asked for sparkling water twice and was brought still. When I asked for a change, the clerk said, "Look at this girl, she didn't ask me for one." I then went over to her and politely told her I had asked, but instead of apologizing, she said "OK" and gave me a dirty look. I went to pay, and despite everything, I thanked her and said goodbye, and she didn't even say "you're welcome" or "good morning." This is no way to welcome customers. I would have gone back for breakfast, but after this poor experience, no way. Everyone can make mistakes in life or be distracted, but the word "sorry" exists, something that many people in the business world don't know. They only work for money and don't care about customers in the slightest. It's a shame about the beautiful place.

17/08/2026: 5 stars aren't enough to describe the beauty, authenticity, and deliciousness of the dishes you'll find at this fantastic trattoria! From appetizers to dessert. The friendly owner is attentive to detail and knowledgeable about the culinary traditions of Abruzzo. The menu is rich in traditional dishes, and the revisited desserts are a delight to the eye and the palate. 4 first courses, 2 second courses, side dishes, 4 desserts, and a Ginzana coffee (kindly offered by the owner) cost around €100. Top!

04/08/2026: The handmade arrosticini are excellent. The pizza is good. The waiters are very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is quaint. The owners are professional and friendly.

24/06/2026: Very inconsistent. Sometimes it's good, other times it's terrible. Rude staff. Rude owner. There are plenty of other places to eat without this rudeness and inconsistency.

02/08/2026: Breathtaking view, very kind staff, and quick meal delivery. I was there with my family and we left the restaurant full and happy. There are also a couple of swings for the little ones in the garden and a few games scattered around. Edit: I returned here after a year. The place is always more beautiful, the staff is welcoming and kind. Every time I return to Abruzzo, I always make a stop here at the grove.

20/08/2026: Inedible liver skewers, reported to the waiter and at the cashier, were completely ignored. Prices are a bit above average. Regarding bitters: it's fine not to offer them at the end (a personal choice, which contrasts with 99% of other restaurants; there were seven of us and we spent €230, so a couple of fingers of bitters each could have been used), but in this case, you can't serve them in plastic coffee cups, with an eyedropper.

24/07/2026: Food is really good but the level of customer service is really poor — nobody cares about you when you wait in the queue, staff lets Italians jump the queue and even if they finally get you a table, you have to wait again quite some time not for food but even for staff to take your order in the first place.

23/07/2026: The food was ok. The place is located in a central area! What I did not like was the fact that it takes too long until you are seated at the table or until you can actually order. There were empty tables but we were constantly informed that we need to wait for the responsible to seat us and she was taking her time in coming outside even though was not very crowded inside. A bit in the pricey side also!

31/07/2026: Unfortunately, our experience was decidedly negative. The appetizers arrived after a wait of over 20 minutes, and of the five courses scheduled, only four were served. Two were completely cold and flavorless. The only positives were the Lucanian sausage and the focaccia, which would have been delicious if we hadn't found a hair in it. When we reported it, the waitress simply responded with an "Ah," without apologizing, replacing the dish, or showing any attention to the customer. We waited about 40 minutes for the first courses, and incredibly, they were served along with the second courses. The first courses were dry and flavorless. The pork cheek, described as flavorful, was actually dry, without sauce, and completely devoid of flavor. The short ribs were the only decent dish, but they were tough and definitely didn't taste like they were cooked at a low temperature. Extremely long waits, disappointing dishes, poor customer service, and an incident that also raises questions about hygiene. It's a real shame, because we had very high expectations, but unfortunately they were completely disappointed. We won't be returning, and we can't recommend it.

25/04/2026: This local mom-and-pop gem delivers a standout garden-to-table experience, featuring vibrant vegetables harvested directly from the chef’s own garden. Each dish is artfully presented, allowing the exceptional quality and purity of the ingredients to remain the true focal point. The pizza expertly crafted and so delicious it will leave you swooning. It is a rare find where heart, freshness, and culinary skill come together perfectly. Bravissimo chef.

08/02/2026: The best urban trattoria within a 20 km radius of Pescara's city center, just a 10-minute walk from Piazza Muzii. For €25, we left feeling completely stuffed after a delectable array of typical Abruzzo appetizers (pallotte + cascigni & fagioli + sensational fried dishes), a trio of pizzas (the potato one was heartwarming), and more than adequate house wines and desserts. I tried the meat at my neighbor's restaurant but wasn't entirely impressed, so that's fine. Thanks to our host Ylenia for leading us to this oasis of unexpected culinary delights.
