Last night at "SALUMERI'" I had a very interesting dinner, both for the good food—a tasty, tender, and excellent pork shank, as well as a delicate pizza and lots of extraordinary vegetables—all accompanied by intense, fragrant, and full-bodied German, English, and Belgian beers, a complete novelty for me, which I accepted with great enthusiasm. My companions for the evening were very friendly, and Rossella and Duilio, the owners of the place, were always available and smiling. I had a great time.

As always, a pleasant evening with tastings of unique dishes and truly excellent wines. You amazed us once again. See you next time.

A first for me... a great impression, the kindness and courtesy that are rare these days, coupled with the excellent professionalism of Mrs. Rossella!! Everything was excellent, and for me the coconut tiramisu was truly special, with an extremely delicate flavor... what should we pair it with next time?
