17/01/2026: As I write this review, I'm still waiting for my pizza, while my friends have finished. Not recommended.

12/01/2026: I hate to give it 3 stars, but after coming here several times, and having eaten very well, something happened the last time that really bothered me. It might seem like a minor thing or something you could completely overlook, but as a paying customer, absolutely not: Guys, it's absolutely not possible that, after dinner, you have to leave the restaurant with your jacket, sweatshirt, pants, and even your t-shirt literally filled with the smell of grilled meat. I mean, does the sliced ​​steak arrive at someone's table with that sort of griddle you use to sear the meat on? That's fine by me, but it can't be done in a crowded room. By the way, another couple at the table next to us noticed the smell perfectly because they came in later, and the guy himself put his jacket down in the other room, realizing the very strong and, at a certain point, annoying odor. Now, we went home after dinner, but I can imagine the considerable hassle and annoyance it would have been if we'd had to go somewhere else, anywhere else, literally stinking and impregnated with the smell of grilled meat. Because it's one thing to enter the kitchen or the grill area—you might be able to smell it—but eating in the dining room like normal customers is absolutely excessive, which is very different from the normal aroma a steak gives off once it's brought to the table. If it were to happen again and we weren't moved elsewhere, we'd never return. And please, especially in winter when it's 2-3 degrees outside, when everything is obviously closed, think about this. Because we weren't the only ones in the area who were annoyed.

23/12/2025: I went to White Bakery for a quick breakfast with my partner, and I have to say the experience was average. The place is tidy and well-organized, and although the decor is typical of the chain, it's still pleasant and relaxing. We ordered two large breakfasts: a savory one with scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, and jam, and a sweet one with pancakes, fresh fruit, and syrup. The savory breakfast was average, although the bacon was a bit overcooked. The sweet breakfast was good, but unfortunately the strawberries lacked flavor. The pancakes were fluffy and well-made, and the variety of fresh fruit was appreciable. The service was quick, and the waitress was knowledgeable; she took our order without needing notes. We spent €18 for two, a fair price for the amount of food offered. Overall, White Bakery is a good option for a quick and hearty breakfast, but don't expect anything exceptional.

22/08/2025: Catering service requested for a 6-year-old girl's birthday party... everything was excellent. Mirko was truly attentive to our needs... precise, punctual, and meticulous in his work... the result was excellent! All the products were top-quality! Highly recommended.

15/08/2025: Really rude pizza chef, poor pizza, there are much better places nearby. I don't know what the poor guy who works there is still doing there. Avoid this place. You have to be good enough to own the premises.

07/12/2025: My experience at this establishment was terrible due to the absolutely unacceptable behavior of an employee. I was in line with other people when a white-shirted employee approached, walking past everyone else and acting arrogant. When I politely pointed out that he needed to respect his shift, he reacted aggressively, saying things like, "I work here, you don't know who I am," and threatening to have me kicked out simply because I'd asked him to respect a basic rule. The situation escalated when, coming out of the bathroom, he grabbed my arm, squeezing tightly, and repeating, "I'll show you." Shortly thereafter, I was actually removed from the establishment without the opportunity to retrieve my sweatshirt, remaining in the cold for about 15 minutes. Only another employee of his let me in. Such behavior, especially from a staff member, is totally intolerable. Incidents like this should never happen in a establishment that claims to offer a serious service.

07/12/2025: Looks, tone of voice, everything to tell you you'd be better off moving. The coffee was drinkable, but left "sludgy" by the machine, which clearly needed descaling. The cake was too cold. The young assistant tried to improve the service, but was drawn into the rude owner's shop talk, using language best forgotten. P.S. (in response to the bar owner's reply) Everything I wrote in the review is true. Perhaps the owner wasn't in the mood, or perhaps it was early on a Sunday morning and therefore not the best time of day... I believe, however, that a customer, especially a new one, should be greeted with kindness and helpfulness, and not in the terrible way I've described with absolute sincerity. I'm sure the lady doesn't habitually exhibit this attitude at work, because if she did, her clientele would have drastically decreased. Hospitality and helpfulness are essential requirements for any business dealing with the public, so they must always be present to be considered such. I hope the lady will review her behavior, as well as her commitment to customers in general, to provide courteous and helpful service, without distinction between the different customers who frequent her bar. 18/10/2025: One Sunday, I followed my partner for work to the center of Piacenza. After training, we decided to stop at this place, just a few meters from the Piazza dei Cavalli in Piacenza. Well, what a treat! What a wonderful lunch! I ordered a schiacciata with sausage and broccoli rabe. I've never tasted anything better or tastier (a pizza, but much softer and more interesting, it was almost too easy to eat!). My wonderful partner ordered a piadina with prosciutto and cheese. It was very pleasant, not dried out from overcooking. The ingredients were high-quality and excellent. And we also had two drinks. Sitting under an ancient portico overlooking the square, on a September day reminiscent of June. (Beautiful and relaxing), in this place I felt like I was transported back in time for a moment and managed to unwind. The staff is very polite and courteous. I recommend you visit and stop for lunch, dinner, or an aperitif. You won't regret it. I can't wait to go back for the schiacciata... You've enchanted me there... I forgot about the price. Go and see. You won't believe your eyes. We spent just over 10 euros each.

12/10/2025: I'm sorry to give it only three stars because, overall, we ate well. The pizza was good, the prices were reasonable, and the location was very nice. However, the service definitely needs improvement, because things can't continue like this... I'll point out that I'm not criticizing any of the waiters, who were all very kind, but rather the organization of the place itself. It took us a good 37 minutes to take our order, and from the time we arrived (8:40 PM) to the time we ate our pizza and main courses (10:25 PM) almost two hours passed... it wasn't even a Saturday night; it was crowded, but not particularly busy. I highly recommend improving this aspect, which ruined the overall experience, because we had to stand out to order because no one was paying attention.

11/10/2025: For those who have known them for at least six years, like me, it's sad to see the decline in the quality of their signature dish: arrosticini. They don't taste like anything anymore, not even the liver ones. They've certainly become a good restaurant for pizzas and side dishes, but the worst at arrosticini. Out of 15 we ordered, we left 7. What a shame.
